After disappearing from the public spotlight for the past couple of years, Hillary Clinton is back on the political scene.
She’s already flexing her leadership muscles.
And Hillary Clinton just handed out one order to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that has all hell breaking loose in the Democrat Party.
During a recent interview with NBC’s Willie Geist, Hillary Clinton blasted Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her socialist pals in the U.S. House for pushing the Party so far to the Left that it’s now impossible for them to win elections.
“I think that it is a time for some careful thinking about what wins elections, and not just in deep-blue districts where a Democrat and a liberal Democrat, or so-called progressive Democrat, is going to win,” Clinton stated. “I understand why people want to argue for their priorities. That’s what they believe they were elected to do.”
Clinton then discussed Congress’ inability to pass Joe Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar socialist spending bill.
West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin infuriated members of the “Squad” by refusing to sign on to the massive spending bill, leading some to speculate that the socialists in the House of Representatives will tank a compromise bill out of spite.
According to Clinton, this type of civil war between socialists who represent deep blue areas and swing state Democrats like Joe Manchin would prevent the Left from winning elections and destroy the Democrat Party.
“Look, I’m all about having vigorous debate. I think it’s good, and it gives people a chance to be part of the process,” Clinton added. “But, at the end of the day it means nothing if we don’t have a Congress that will get things done, and we don’t have a White House that we can count on to be sane and sober and stable and productive.”
Clinton now attempting to play the role of stateswoman and Party elder will only lead to more speculation that she is considering a third White House campaign in 2024 because she views Harris and Biden both as mortally wounded.
