Jane Seymour has been a Hollywood icon for more than five decades.
The 74-year-old actress just made a stunning confession about her personal life.
And Jane Seymour dropped one bombshell about her sex life that left jaws on the floor.
Jane Seymour says she's "very sexually active" at 74
Jane Seymour became a household name when she starred as the Bond girl Solitaire in the 1973 James Bond classic Live and Let Die.
The British actress went on to win a Golden Globe and star in the hit CBS series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman for six seasons.
Now at 74 years old, Seymour is opening up about her love life in ways that are turning heads across Hollywood.
"I turn 75 next year, and I'm very sexually active," Seymour told People magazine.¹
The Wedding Crashers star said she feels decades younger than her actual age.
"I have to actually wake up in the morning and remind myself how old I am because inside of me, I would say I still feel like I'm maybe about 40 or 50, maybe 40," Seymour explained.¹
She credited her vibrant energy to staying active and focused on what matters most to her.
"I don't know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40," Seymour added.¹
Seymour found love again after four failed marriages
The actress has been married four times over the years with all four marriages ending in divorce.
Her first marriage was to theater director Michael Attenborough from 1971 to 1973.
Seymour then married Geoffrey Planer in 1977 but split just one year later.
In 1981, she wed business manager David Flynn and the couple had two children together before divorcing in 1992.
Her longest marriage was to actor James Keach from 1993 to 2015 and they share twin sons.
Seymour revealed in 2019 that Keach had been unfaithful during their marriage.
"I thought we were going to be married forever, but James made a choice that I wasn't privy to," Seymour told the Daily Mail.²
She discovered the affair entirely by accident after it had been going on for some time.
"I felt horrible, devastated," Seymour stated.²
After four divorces, the actress swore off marriage and dating.
That changed in 2023 when Seymour met emergency room doctor and rock musician John Zambetti, 76.
Their adult children played matchmaker and set them up on a blind date at a Shwayze concert.
Zambetti has been making music for 60 years
Zambetti has led the surf rock band The Malibooz since the 1960s alongside bandmate Walter Egan.
The band was inducted into the California Music Hall of Fame in 2024 after six decades of making music.
Zambetti balanced his medical career as an ER doctor with touring and recording with The Malibooz.
Seymour described him as "the most wonderful, loving, extraordinary man."³
"He's an ER doctor, very handy. And he's had a rock band for the last 60 years called The Malibooz with Walter Egan," Seymour said during an appearance on Tamron Hall.³
The couple has been dating for two years and Seymour couldn't be happier.
"I honestly never thought I would find a really committed, healthy, lovely, loving relationship at this time of my life, but I'm incredibly blessed that I have," Seymour told Hello magazine.⁴
She believes they met at exactly the right time in their lives.
"I consider both of us so fortunate to have found each other at the time we have, because it wouldn't have ever worked earlier," Seymour explained.⁴
Zambetti had never seen any of Seymour's work when they first met and wasn't aware of her celebrity status.
"He'd never seen my work. One of the first things he did is say, 'I want to see what you do,'" Seymour recalled.⁵
Seymour previously opened up about her intimate relationship with Zambetti in an essay for Cosmopolitan magazine's Sex After 60 issue.
"Sex right now is more wonderful and passionate than anything I ever remember because it is built on trust, love, and experience," Seymour wrote.⁶
She made it clear that age shouldn't be a barrier to physical intimacy.
"Your sex life doesn't need to end at 60," Seymour stated.⁶
The actress has become something of a poster child for proving life after 70 can be just as vibrant and fulfilling as any other stage of life.
"I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70," Seymour said. "And I say the word 70 — there's nothing about me that feels like that."¹
Jane Seymour is living proof that finding love and happiness later in life is not only possible but can be better than ever.
