The Supreme Court upheld Texas redistricting that eliminated Jasmine Crockett's House seat.
She responded with an expletive-filled tirade attacking the nation's highest court.
And Jasmine Crockett screamed "f*** you" at the Supreme Court as she learned one poll number just ended her Senate dreams.
Crockett's Meltdown Over Texas Redistricting
Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett went ballistic after the Supreme Court upheld the state's new congressional maps in early January.
The maps eliminate her current House seat and add up to five new Republican districts.
In a YouTube video that went viral, Crockett directed an expletive at the Court.
"Definitely kudos to the Trump justice who wrote the 160-page opinion denouncing what took place in Texas and f*** you to the Supreme Court for what they did," Crockett said.
She didn't stop there.
Crockett claimed "certain spots on the Supreme Court were illegitimately gotten for sure" and called for packing it with more Democrats.
"I think if we're going to shore up our democracy, we have to first start by shoring up the checks and balances," she stated. "And so, that starts with the Supreme Court."
The White House fired back in a statement to Fox News.
"Kudos to Jasmine Crockett for continuously proving everyone wrong – she can, in fact, say something even dumber than she's already said! This braindead take is so deeply out of touch with reality, it doesn't even warrant a serious response."
Texas Voters Reject Crockett's Tantrum
Crockett launched a long-shot Senate bid after redistricting essentially ended her House career.
She entered the race in late December, forcing former Congressman Colin Allred to drop his Senate campaign and run for the House instead.
Early December polling showed her leading state Representative James Talarico by 8 points — 51% to 43%.
Then came the Supreme Court attack.
A new Emerson College poll released January 15 shows Crockett now trails Talarico by 9 points — 47% to 38%.
That's a devastating 17-point swing in just one month.
Talarico built momentum among Hispanic voters (59%) and white voters (57%), while 80% of Black voters still support Crockett.
Men broke for Talarico by 22 points — 52% to 30%.
Women split almost evenly between the two candidates.
But the most brutal news came in general election matchups.
Crockett trails Republican frontrunner John Cornyn by 5 points — 48% to 43%.
She's tied with Attorney General Ken Paxton at 46% each.
Change Research polling found 49% of Texas voters say they would "definitely not" vote for her — higher than any other candidate in the race.
House Speaker Mike Johnson told reporters he's "absolutely delighted" she's running.
"I think it's one of the greatest things that's happened to the Republican Party in a long, long time," Johnson said. "I want her to have the largest, loudest microphone that she can every single day."
Democrats Are Waging War on Constitutional Order Itself
Here's what this meltdown really exposes — Democrats have given up on winning through legitimate means and decided to burn down the entire system instead.
This isn't about one tantrum from one radical Congresswoman.
She's following a playbook Democrats have been perfecting since they lost their stranglehold on the Supreme Court.
Lose a case? Attack the Court's legitimacy.
Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer threatened Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch in 2020 from the Court steps.
"You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price!" Schumer warned. "You won't know what hit you."
Senator Elizabeth Warren questioned "the legitimacy of the Chief Justice, the Supreme Court, and the Constitution" during Trump's first impeachment trial.
Senator Cory Booker introduced legislation to impose 18-year term limits on justices, claiming "The Supreme Court is facing a crisis of legitimacy."
House Democrats introduced a bill to expand the Court to 13 members after the Dobbs decision.
President Biden repeatedly called it "not a normal court" and just ignored rulings on the CDC eviction moratorium and student loan forgiveness.
The pattern is crystal clear — when Democrats don't control an institution, they delegitimize it, pack it, or destroy it.
They did it with the filibuster until they needed it.
They're doing it with the Electoral College.
They're doing it with voter ID laws and election integrity measures.
And now they're attacking the nation's highest court because six constitutionalist justices won't rubber-stamp their radical agenda.
Crockett's profanity is just the latest escalation in this war on constitutional order itself.
Think about the climate this creates.
Democrats spent years calling Trump an existential threat to democracy, a fascist, a dictator.
They said the Court was illegitimate and stolen.
They claimed the 2024 election would be "rigged" through redistricting.
Then Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10, 2025.
When you spend years telling your followers that American institutions are illegitimate and existential threats must be stopped by any means necessary, what do you think happens?
You get violence.
You get a generation of radical leftists who think cursing at the Court is patriotic resistance instead of disgraceful contempt for the rule of law.
Texas voters see right through it.
That 17-point collapse isn't an accident — it's Texans rejecting Democrats' scorched-earth campaign against every institution that stands in their way.
Crockett thought attacking the Court would energize the radical base.
Instead, she reminded swing voters exactly why Democrats can't be trusted with power.
Texas hasn't elected a Democrat to statewide office since 1994, and this tantrum just guaranteed that streak continues.
The Democratic primary is March 3.
Crockett's already toast.
