The undercover journalism of James O’Keefe has caught many-a powerful person red-handed.
That’s likely made him a top target of those who want nothing less than total control over working class Americans.
And now ruling class elites have seemingly launched a witch hunt against James O’Keefe that will have you seeing red.
Back in February, the freedom movement was rocked when the news broke that top investigative journalist James O’Keefe was being forced out of Project Veritas, the non-profit organization he founded in 2010, amid allegations of lavish spending.
The allegations and effort to sideline him emerged after O’Keefe and Project Veritas ran a report exposing Pfizer’s alleged efforts to maximize their profits along with Biden’s pandemic mandates.
They also came after Project Veritas and O’Keefe became embroiled in a string of events drawing the elites’ ire, including lawsuits with the New York Times, as well as obtaining a diary allegedly abandoned by President Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden, which purportedly contained unflattering allegations against the President.
Now, amidst that background, the Democrat-controlled state of New York is reportedly jumping on the allegations against O’Keefe to investigate him for embezzling money from Project Veritas.
“The Westchester County district attorney’s office confirmed Friday it is ‘looking into’ matters concerning James O’Keefe, who was suspended in February and later fired as chairman and CEO,” The Associated Press reported. The Project Veritas board said he spent “an excessive amount of donor funds” on personal luxuries.
“Jin Whang, a spokesperson for District Attorney Mimi Rocah, declined to discuss the subject or details of the investigation, or what potential charges, if any, O’Keefe could face,” the report added. “Whang cautioned that investigations can have a variety of outcomes, not necessarily resulting in criminal charges.”
The Biden Department of (in)Justice had previously been accused of deploying third world, banana republic tactics against O’Keefe, having the FBI raid his and a colleagues’ homes over Ashley Biden’s diary, despite the journalist never actually going public with it because he says he couldn’t authenticate it and maintains further that he attempted to return it to the Biden family.
Such suspicious timing raised alarms and accusations the Biden regime was employing authoritarian, thug-like tactics against O’Keefe.
They appeared so far over-the-top in fact that even organizations like the ACLU chastised the raids.
“The precedent set in this case could have serious consequences for press freedom,” the ACLU wrote in a statement. “Unless the government had good reason to believe that Project Veritas employees were directly involved in the criminal theft of the diary, it should not have subjected them to invasive searches and seizures. We urge the court to appoint a special master to ensure that law enforcement officers review only those materials that were lawfully seized and that are directly relevant to a legitimate criminal investigation.”
Based on the allegations against the Project Veritas founder, it’s incredibly unlikely that New York Democrat prosecutors will be able to put together an embezzlement case against O’Keefe that yields a conviction.
