CNN is essentially a left-wing propaganda outlet.
They go out of their way to defend Joe Biden and the Democrats.
That’s why jaws dropped when CNN made this shocking admission about Joe Biden.
Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan was one of the biggest foreign policy blunders in American history.
Of course, Joe Biden excuses his botched withdrawal by claiming that it was impossible for anyone to see the disaster coming.
However, a declassified military report concluded that Biden’s hesitation caused chaos and led to an “increased risk” with the withdrawal.
The report also detailed numerous ways that Biden failed at the withdrawal.
But when asked about the report, Biden responded by simply saying he rejected its conclusion.
Biden also claimed no one told him about his administration’s obvious failures in Afghanistan.
So damning was this report that Jake Tapper of CNN took to the air to blast Biden for dismissing it.
He said, “I do not understand why he would not manifest that care into taking this investigation more seriously? Absorbing the tragic details, contemplating the obvious failures of his administration. Failures that cost lives. Biden always bristles at this because he feels confident that ending the war in Afghanistan was the right decision, but that’s not the question at hand.”
“It’s not whether, but how, the war ended. And what that means to the people who were there when it did finally end? No part of these military interviews ring true because ‘that’s not what I was told?’ If that’s was not what you were told, then what was? And don’t you have an obligation, sir, to be told,” he remarked.
Tapper concluded in devastating fashion saying, “Don’t you have an obligation to Ryan Knauss’ family, to his grieving mother?”
Knauss was one of the 13 U.S. soldiers killed during the suicide bombing at the Kabul Airport.
A video of Knauss’ mother played where she said, “They were sitting ducks. I feel grief and I feel anger. I feel angry for the waste of life.”
“Isn’t that how you demonstrate how much you care? Otherwise isn’t it just words?” a grim Tapper offered in conclusion.
Since CNN is usually a reliable mouthpiece for the Biden administration, this was a stunning takedown by the network.
If Jake Tapper is abandoning Joe Biden over Afghanistan, then Biden is in deep trouble.
But this isn’t the only bad news for Joe Biden coming out of Afghanistan.
Senate Republicans also dropped their own blistering report covering Biden’s botched withdrawal.
Joe Biden is worried because he knows he won’t be able to get away with claiming ignorance for much longer.
