Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Donald Trump are feuding.
The feud started when Elon Musk first announced his plans to purchase Twitter.
But jaws dropped when Elon Musk made this shocking prediction about Donald Trump in 2024.
Donald Trump recently held a massive rally in Alaska for the candidates he endorsed ahead of the upcoming August Primary.
During the event, Trump reminded the audience that he correctly predicted Elon Musk would back out of his proposed $44 billion deal to buy Twitter because the platform was full of fake spam accounts.
Trump said he correctly predicted this because Elon Musk is a “bulls*it artist.”
Even though Elon Musk claims he voted Republican for the first time in 2022, Trump said he told him he voted for his re-election in 2020.
“You know he said the other day, ‘oh I’ve never voted for a Republican.’ I said I didn’t know that, he told me he voted for me,” Trump told a crowd of supporters. “So he’s another b#llshit artist.”
Trump’s comment got the attention of Musk, who responded on social media that the former President’s allegation is “not true.”
In a follow-up Tweet, Musk added that he does not hate Donald Trump.
Instead, Musk said he believes it’s time for Trump to retire from politics.
“I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset,” Musk wrote.
He also advised Democrats to stop attacking Donald Trump nonstop and move on to the real issues facing Americans.
Continuing to attack Trump, Musk argued, would only encourage him to run again in 2024.
“Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency,” Musk added.
Joe Pagliarulo, a pro-Trump radio host, responded by listing several of the former President’s achievements and asking him which one he disliked.
Musk said he had no problem with the issues listed by Pagliarulo, as he simply believes Trump’s style is too divisive and that he is too old to be President.
“Yeah, but too much drama. Do we really want a bull in a china shop situation every single day!? Also, I think the legal maximum age for start of Presidential term should be 69,” Musk stated.
Of course, Musk not backing Trump in 2024 is not surprising.
Musk previously tweeted that he supported Ron DeSantis for President in 2024.
But Donald Trump is here to stay.
And despite Musk’s plea, all evidence suggests that Trump is planning to run again in 2024.
