The long-awaited COVID-19 vaccine is finally being distributed in states and cities all across the country.
But a lot of Americans are questioning the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine given how quickly pharmaceutical companies rushed it to the market.
And jaws dropped when Mike Pence uttered these five words after taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
Government officials are working hard to reassure the American people of the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Last Friday, Vice President Mike Pence took the COVID-19 vaccine live on national TV to show the American people it was safe.
“Karen and I wanted to step forward and take this vaccine to assure the American people that while we cut red tape, we cut no corners,” Mike Pence told the press before taking the vaccine on TV.
The doctors administered the vaccine to Vice President Pence, who then looked directly into the camera and said “I didn’t feel a thing,” once again reassuring the American people of the safety of the vaccine.
“The decision as to whether or not it’s safe and effective is not in the hands of the company nor was it in the hands of the administration,” said Vice President Pence.
Of course, a lot of Americans remain skeptical about the vaccine.
And social media companies are going above and beyond to silence and censure anyone who questions the way the vaccine was rushed to the market by the pharmaceutical companies.
Not only that, but Live Nation, Ticketmaster and other entertainment venues are also considering denying entry to anyone who doesn’t have proof of taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
And these types of censorship and top-down regulations are only making even more Americans skeptical of the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine.
