But Jeff Dunham just took down Joe Biden with one side splitting performance that’s painfully true.
American ventriloquist Jeff Dunham has made a name for himself as both a stand-up comedian and actor.
Over the years he’s appeared on major programs including The Tonight Show, Late Show with David Letterman, Comedy Central Presents, and Sonny with a Chance.
He even starred in The Jeff Dunham Show which had six specials run on Comedy Central back in 2009.
Now one of his old videos featuring a ventriloquist performance is going viral on social media.
The recording captures a performance where Dunham is standing on stage with an Oval Office backdrop.
His puppet—”President Walter Biden”—bears an uncanny resemblance to the current President of the United States.
And it seems “Walter Biden” is also struggling with his memory.
The bit kicks off with Walter calling Jeff “Jerry” then “Jack.”
Walter continues by claiming running the country is as “easy as riding a bike.”
Then Walter starts in on his incredible stair climbing feats.
“Did you know that I have done the impossible?” Walter Biden quizzes Jeff Dunham.
“No sir, what did you do?” Dunham responds.
“Well, I fell up a flight of stairs, three times in ten seconds, first Senator to ever do that,” Walter announced.
Dunham then had to remind Walter he was the President and not a Senator.
The wayward First Son also got into the bit.
“I think my son Hunter wants me to take up skiing,” Walter Biden noted. “He keeps saying ‘the powder is great.’”
“That kid is the smartest man I know,” the puppet quipped. “And that tells me one thing – I know a lot of dumb***es.”
Sadly, both of those swipes are rooted in reality referencing Hunter Biden’s well documented past drug usage—including cocaine—as well as Joe Biden’s propensity to call Hunter “the smartest man I know.”
Conservative journalist Benny Johnson helped make the clip go viral, tweeting it out.
