Crime is skyrocketing in Democrat-run cities across America.
At least 10 cities saw a record number of murders in 2021 as a result of the Democrats’ soft-on-crime approach.
During a recent interview on the “Pod Save America” podcast, Press Secretary Jen Psaki mocked concerns about rising crime in America’s cities as a figment of Fox News’ imagination.
“But every time we say that it makes them crazy. I think it speaks to, if you look at Fox on a daily basis . . . on Fox is Jeanine Pirro talking about soft-on-crime consequences,” Psaki stated. “I mean, what does that even mean? So there’s an alternate universe on some coverage and what’s scary about it is a lot of people watch that and they think the president isn’t doing anything to address people’s safety in New York and that couldn’t be further from the truth.”

This is not the first time Psaki seemed way out of touch with everyday, normal Americans.
After Democrats complained about the failure to pass a federal takeover of elections, Psaki told them to stop worrying and to drink a margarita or take a kickboxing class instead.
Only elite Americans who live in fancy leftist enclaves have a clue what Psaki was talking about.
For most Americans, rising crime is a serious concern.
That’s why polls show Joe Biden is sliding as more and more Americans do not believe it is safe to be outside in Democrat-run cities.
As a result, Republicans have a good shot at taking back control of Congress in November.
Jen Psaki pretending the problem doesn’t exist only shows that Democrats are so out of touch that they don’t even realize they have a problem with rising crime.
