Jill Biden is shaking after this White House aide admitted a shocking secret under oath

Biden aide Neera Tanden said oversight of autopen ended in May 2023, when she began serving as the head of the Domestic Policy Council, leaving a critical hole when control of the autopen is unaccounted for.

Neera Tanden thought she could quietly slip away from the Biden administration without anyone asking tough questions.

She was dead wrong.

And Jill Biden is shaking after this White House aide admitted a shocking secret under oath.

Biden aide spills the beans on who really controlled the President

The Biden administration’s house of cards is finally crashing down around them.

On Tuesday, former Biden aide Neera Tanden endured a brutal four-hour interrogation by House Oversight Committee members in a private session.

What she revealed will make your blood boil.

Tanden served as White House staff secretary and senior adviser to Biden from October 2021 to May 2023, before moving to head the Domestic Policy Council.

She held one of the most influential positions in the White House – managing all document traffic between staff and the President.

But here’s the kicker: Tanden admitted she was authorized to direct the use of Biden’s autopen signature on official documents.

"I was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president," Tanden stated in her opening remarks.

"I was also authorized to direct that autopen signatures be affixed to certain categories of documents."

Think about that for a second.

A Biden aide was essentially signing documents in the President’s name while he was supposedly running the country.

One of the big unanswered questions remaining is who controlled the use of the autopen after May of 2023, when Tanden left the position.

It is during this time frame of the Biden administration that some of the most controversial actions occurred.

The smoking gun that proves Biden wasn’t calling the shots

Chairman James Comer (R-KY) wasn’t buying Tanden’s excuses for one second.

The Oversight Project uncovered evidence that Biden’s autopen was used to authorize executive orders even during times when the President was supposedly present at the White House.

"The committee wants answers about who was calling the shots," Comer said.

If Biden was present and capable, why wasn’t he signing his own documents?

Committee members are particularly concerned about whether any executive actions received authorization without Biden’s direct knowledge or consent.

That’s a question that should terrify every American who believes in constitutional government.

Tanden tried to defend the practice by citing a 2005 Department of Justice opinion that says presidents can delegate document signing via autopen.

But as committee Republicans emphasized, the issue isn’t about legal authority – it’s about whether Biden was mentally present enough to make these critical decisions.

Democrats go into full panic mode

The Democrats on the committee went ballistic trying to protect their failed President.

Rep. Wesley Bell (D-MO) called the investigation politically motivated and claimed it was just to "stroke" President Trump’s "ego."

"I’ve seen weak cases, and I’ve seen strong cases. This is no case," Bell whined.

Bell was so desperate to change the subject that he complained about spending "an hour hearing about coffee that the witness had with different folks."

When Democrats are reduced to complaining about coffee discussions, you know they’re in trouble.

Tanden herself tried to deflect by attacking President Trump’s "meme coin and cryptocurrency adventures" and "lawless attacks on our universities and prominent law firms."

But nobody was buying these pathetic attempts to change the subject.

More bombshells are coming

This was just the beginning of what promises to be a devastating investigation into the Biden administration’s cover-up.

Anthony Bernal, a senior adviser to Jill Biden, is expected to testify later in the Oversight probe.

Former aides Annie Tomasini and Ashley Williams are also scheduled to appear.

And here’s the big one: Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, is set to testify on July 9.

"This is the first of what will be many interviews with people that we believe were involved in the autopen scandal in the Biden administration," Comer said.

"I think the American people want to know. I think there’s a huge level of curiosity in the press corps with respect to who was actually calling the shots in the Biden administration."

The American people deserve to know if their President was actually running the country or if unelected bureaucrats were making decisions behind closed doors.

Biden issued a desperate written statement claiming "I was the one who made the decisions" and accused President Trump of orchestrating a "politically motivated distraction."

But the evidence suggests otherwise.

For nearly two years, Neera Tanden had the power to authorize the President’s signature on official documents while Biden was supposedly in charge.

The Biden administration spent four years lying to the American people about the President’s mental fitness.

Now we’re finally getting answers about who was really running the show in Washington, D.C.
