House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jordan didn’t let his short run for Speaker of the House get in the way of his Biden investigation.
He recently announced the next steps in the ongoing probe of the Biden Department of Justice meddling in the Hunter Biden tax probe.
Special Counsel David Weiss initially handed Hunter Biden a sweetheart plea deal.
As part of the deal Hunter Biden would serve no jail time and plead guilty to two minor tax charges which would end the investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged foreign influence peddling.
Now Weiss is slated to testify behind closed doors in Congress on November 7.
This will come after the testimony of Attorney for the Department of Justice’s Tax Division Stuart Goldberg on October 31.
And also after the testimony of U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Martin Estrada on November 1.
These three testimonies could be critical to piecing together exactly how the Department of Justice stopped attempts by Weiss to file serious criminal charges against Hunter Biden.
IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler revealed that the Department of Justice prevented agents from asking questions about foreign money that could have implicated Joe Biden in the tax fraud and money laundering investigation into Hunter Biden.
Shapley also testified that the Department of Justice denied Weiss the ability to partner with the U.S. Attorneys in California and Washington, D.C. to file felony charges against Hunter Biden.
The delays caused by this action allowed the statute of limitations to expire.
This is are all part of the same investigation which also includes the Biden administration refusing to allow Hunter Biden to face any charges for allegedly not paying taxes on millions of dollars earned from Burisma, the corrupt Ukrainian energy company that paid Hunter Biden to sit on its board of directors.
In an interview with Fox News Channel’s Maria Bartiromo Jordan explained how Burisma was the key to implicating Joe Biden.
“Burisma, I think, captures it all. Hunter Biden gets put on the board and gets paid a lot of money. Fact No. 2: He wasn’t qualified to be on the board. Fact No. 3: The Burisma executives asked him, ‘Can you help us with the pressure we are facing?’ Fact No. 4: Joe Biden gets [Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin] fired—leveraging American tax dollars to accomplish that,” Jordan stated.
“And then what does the [Attorney General Merrick] Garland Justice Department do?” Jordan added. “They try to sweep it under the rug, so much so that they allowed the statute of limitations to lapse for the most serious felony tax concerns Hunter Biden had in 2014 and 2015. They let it lapse because those were the years that dealt with the Burisma income,” he noted further.
Despite the lies and half-truths being spread by Joe Biden and his allies in the mainstream media, the GOP investigations into Joe Biden’s corruption have already turned up a treasure trove of evidence.
And Jim Jordan is about to hear sworn testimony from three people that will almost certainly uncover even more damning details.
