Joe Biden’s Presidency is on the rocks.
Some of his allies are starting to turn on him.
And Joe Biden is terrified over the message he just received from this party-switching Democrat.
In 2020, working class Hispanic voters shifted toward the Republican Party.
That trend continued in the recent elections held in New Jersey and Virginia.
But the Rio Grande Valley counties in Texas are ground zero for where the largest realignment in American politics is taking place.
During the 2020 Presidential election, the majority Hispanic counties in the Rio Grande Valley shifted dramatically towards Donald Trump, which stunned pundits who constantly claimed Trump’s immigration policies would lock in the Hispanic vote for the Democrat Party for generations.
And Texas State Representative Ryan Guillen just shocked pundits even more by announcing that he is leaving the Democrat Party to join the GOP due to the Democrats’ radical drift towards the Left.
“Friends, something is happening in South Texas, and many of us are waking up to the fact that the values of those in Washington, D.C., are not our values, not the values of most Texans,” Guillen stated.
As evidence that the Democrat Party no longer represented mainstream values, Guillen cited socialist policies such as defunding the police, open borders and attacking the oil and gas industry.
“The ideology of defunding the police, of destroying the oil and gas industry and the chaos at our border is disastrous for those of us who live here in South Texas,” Guillen added.
Socialists like Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are driving the policy agenda of the Democrat Party.
Guillen is warning that if Democrats continue down this socialist path, they will face an historic rejection in the next election because Hispanic voters do not care about the Left’s identity politics.
Instead, Hispanics want secure borders, a growing economy, and safe communities, which are threatened by the Democrats’ socialist agenda.
