Joe Biden’s Presidency is falling apart.
He’ll say or do anything to try to save it.
But Joe Biden just got called out for telling this one ridiculous lie.
During the first month of 2022, violent thugs declared war on cops in Joe Biden’s America, with nearly 30 police officers being shot in the line of duty in January.
Of course, with George Soros-backed prosecutors refusing to enforce the law, it was predictable that bloodshed would occur in the streets of America’s largest cities.
After a criminal recently assassinated two police officers responding to a 9-1-1 call, Biden traveled to New York City to deliver a speech.
However, instead of calling for an end to dangerous policies such as no cash bail reform, Biden pushed new gun control schemes, including a national gun registration database.
After collecting one billion firearms records, the Biden administration now wants to further crack down on the Second Amendment.
When pushing for gun control, Biden told two major lies.
He falsely claimed his gun control schemes would not restrict Second Amendment rights and also falsely claimed the Founding Fathers banned owning cannons.
“This doesn’t violate anybody’s Second Amendment right. There’s no violation of the Second Amendment right. There’s no amendment that’s absolute,” Biden began.
“When the amendment was passed, it didn’t say anybody can own a gun and any kind of gun and any kind of weapon. You couldn’t buy a cannon when this amendment was passed. So [there’s] no reason why you should be able to buy certain assault weapons,” Biden continued.
This is patently false, as Americans are not prohibited from owning cannons, fighter jets, and tanks.
It’s legal for Americans to own all of those.
The president likes to make this claim a lot, but it's false. He went on to falsely claim the gun industry can't be sued at all and is the only industry that enjoys federal liability protection. That's another false claim he makes a lot. https://t.co/6YBzyrdhuY

Oh, also, you can still legally own a canon today. They're regulated as destructive devices under the National Firearms Act of 1934, but they're still legal for civilians to own.

Of course, Joe Biden is one of the most anti-gun Presidents in history.
Out of his 36 years in the Senate, Biden cites the 1994 so-called “assault weapons” ban as one of his greatest legislative achievements.
And since all gun grabbers love to exploit a tragedy, Biden is planning to use dead police officers as his excuse for pushing radical new gun control laws.
