Despite his pathetic approval ratings, Joe Biden has always felt rather safe in his ability to win re-election.
Biden knows that the corporate-controlled media has completely sold out to the radical Left, and that they will always provide left-wing politicians like him plenty of cover.
So he lost it after this radical MSNBC host abandoned the Left’s talking points and dared to speak this one truth.
From the moment President Joe Biden first entered the White House, he was on a mission to dismantle every single policy implemented during the Trump Presidency.
And at the top of his list for destruction was the Trump administration’s successful border security policies.
But by reversing virtually every successful border security policy implemented by President Donald Trump, Joe Biden unleashed an unprecedented southern border crisis on the nation that continues to spiral out-of-control to this day.
With each month that passes, the situation continues to worsen, as a record number of illegal aliens, crime, and illicit drugs flood across the border thanks to Biden’s open borders policies.
In fact, the Biden border crisis has devolved into such a major issue for the nation that many of the most deranged radical leftists are seemingly beginning to admit that the man they hate more than anyone else in the world, Donald J. Trump, was right about the border all along.
That includes one of the most fervent, hardcore, and absolutely unhinged Never-Trumpers, MSBNC host Joe Scarborough.
The Morning Joe host actually lambasted Biden and Democrats for the border crisis they created.
“Democrats in Washington don’t like to talk about it. Democrats on Twitter don’t like to talk about it. So they just pretend it’s not there and that it doesn’t upset Americans,” Scarborough admitted. “But crime, these illegal crossings at the border, I mean, it’s not like Donald Trump, who made stuff up when he came in 2016, illegal border crossings were at a 50-year low after eight years of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.”
Scarborough previously served as one of the Left’s biggest critics of Trump’s conservative approach to border security, even claiming in 2018 that the former President was making up “ghost wars on the border.”
But now, Scarborough is suddenly starting to change his tune to sound more like a man who simply can’t understand why President Biden is having such a difficult time with what Trump did so well.
“This is real. The numbers keep spiking. More people keep coming,” Scarborough explained. “Joe Biden wants to get rid of a rule that provides some relief for border agents.”
“But why is the White House so completely lost on this issue?” Scarborough asked one of his show’s guests, Axios CEO Jim Vandehei.
“There is a wing of the Party that – remember, go back a year or two, there was talk of should we push open borders and have a lax border policy? They feel they’re caught in a vice,” Vandehei claimed.
Throughout his time in the U.S. Senate, Joe Biden often supported conservative border security policies, like tightening immigration laws, building fences along the southern border, punishing “sanctuary cities,” and even suggesting employers who hire “illegals” should be jailed.
But as Vandehei points out, Biden and the rest of the Democrat establishment made a political calculation, and decided to throw in with open borders radicals in the hopes the illegal aliens who flood into our nation would become future Democrat voters.
And now, it’s all coming back to bite them in the rear, and it’s only getting worse.
“What you said is real,” Vandehei continued. “We’ve done a lot of reporting of the different warnings we’re hearing from Homeland Security that the crisis at the border could get even worse.”
When one of the most deranged anti-Trumpers in America is also one of the millions of Americans longing for a return to the Trump-era, things have gone horribly wrong for the Left.
Ultimately, the fact that Joe Scarborough – of all the leftists in the corporate-controlled media – is admitting that Joe Biden’s decision to reverse President Trump’s border security policies may be the surest sign yet that Democrats are in for pain at the ballot box in November.
But the 2022 Midterms may be the least of Democrats’ problems.
As Jim Vandehei also pointed out, Biden’s refusal to admit his southern border crisis is out-of-control, as many of his Democrat colleagues have done, makes Democrats look as though they don’t care about law and order.
And it’s that embrace of lawlessness that is driving many Hispanic voters in states like Florida and Texas to begin voting for Republicans for the very first time.
One would think that, if nothing else, the prospect of losing Hispanic voters would motivate Joe Biden to reverse course and reinstate President Trump’s border security policies.
He’s probably still busy throwing a hissy fit over the fact that even MSNBC is admitting that the border would be in far better shape had President Trump remained in office, though.
