Joe Biden is wrong with his predictions far more often than he is right.
But he missed this one big time.
And Joe Biden made one insane prediction that came back to haunt him in this major way.
During the disputed 2020 Presidential election, Georgia was ground zero for concerns over election security.
In response to the debacle surrounding the 2020 election, the state legislature in Georgia passed laws strengthening election security in the Peach State.
Along with requiring voters to show an ID to vote absentee, the law also scaled back the use of ballot drop boxes, and expanded in-person, early voting in Georgia.
Even though this was a modest attempt to improve the integrity of Georgia’s elections, Joe Biden and the radical Left launched into a frenzy over it, falsely claiming it was a throwback to the Jim Crow laws of the Old South.
The city of Atlanta even lost hundreds of millions of dollars after left-wing activists launched a pressure campaign to force Major League Baseball to move the All-Star Game out of the city over the new law in Georgia, a move that ended up hurting minority-owned businesses the most.
Failed Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams accused Republicans of “reviving Georgia’s dark past of racist voting laws.”
Corporations based in Atlanta, such as Coca Cola and Delta Airlines, also ripped the new law.
However, Joe Biden delivered the most unhinged response of them all, referring to the law as “Jim Crow on steroids.”
“Parts of our country are backsliding,” Biden said.
“The days of Jim Crow, passing laws that harken back to the era of poll taxes, when black people were made to guess how many beans — how many jelly beans in a jar, or count the number of bubbles in a bar of soap before they could cast their ballot,” he added.
Biden also claimed the law slashed voting hours as a way to keep working people from making it to the polls, which is patently false, as demonstrated by the early-voting numbers in the state’s recent primary races.
Over 539,297 people voted early in Georgia.
Before the law was passed in 2018, only 182,684 had voted at the same point, which was an increase of 156% from the 2020 Presidential election when the pandemic caused a mass expansion of mail-in ballots.
These numbers humiliated Biden, who previously claimed it would suppress vote totals.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger praised the law.
“The record early voting turnout is a testament to the security of the voting system and the hard work of our county election officials,” Raffensperger said.
“I promised to strike a strong balance between access and security in our elections, and these numbers demonstrate that I kept that promise,” he added.
Once again, the data proves Joe Biden and the Democrats were lying the entire time about the Georgia law.
