Joe Biden may never recover after Hunter Biden accused his father of this betrayal

The Bidens’ backs are against the wall.

They don’t have many moves left to make.

So now, Hunter Biden’s team has accused his father of betrayal.

Hunter Biden’s attorneys recently filed a motion asking Judge Mark Scarsi to dismiss all nine criminal charges President Joe Biden’s son has been hit with amidst allegations of tax and bank fraud.

With Hunter facing up to 17 years in prison if convicted, his attorneys are now scraping the bottom of the barrel to claim that the charges were somehow only filed against their client because Special Counsel David Weiss, who was handpicked to oversee the case by Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, caved to pressure from Republicans.

“Abbe Lowell, an attorney for Hunter Biden, claimed in court papers that the indictment resulted from political pressure by Republicans, and that a diversion agreement struck between the two parties last summer remains in effect,” ABC News reported.

That “diversion agreement” Lowell referenced is the “get-out-of-jail-free” card that Weiss originally tried to hand Hunter after being appointed to his position by his father’s regime, for which he would have pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges – meaning no jail time – in exchange for what essentially amounted to blanket, lifetime immunity from virtually every other crime he may have or could possibly commit.

And Weiss only changed course from that sweetheart plea deal after a federal judge ruled that the “get-out-of-jail-free” card he wanted to hand Hunter was wholly unconstitutional, and threw it out.

Needless to say, with the facts not represented in Lowell’s motion to dismiss, Weiss responded by releasing a statement that called the effort a hodgepodge of “conspiracy theories,” and “a house of cards.”

The Biden regime-appointed Special Counsel took aim at Lowell’s motion, arguing that Hunter “testified to Congress that the Special Counsel had undermined the impeachment inquiry conducted by House Republicans.”

Therefore, Lowell’s argument that Weiss only indicted Hunter under pressure created by the impeachment inquiry he claims Weiss also undermined is simply illogical and not based in reality.

“Which is it?” Weiss added. “Indeed, the defendant has no evidence to support his shapeshifting claims because the Special Counsel continues to pursue the fair, evenhanded administration of the federal criminal laws.”

Ultimately, everyone knows that Hunter Biden will never actually spend a day in jail for his crimes, regardless of the evidence of his wrongdoing.

If nothing else, President Biden will simply pardon him either after he wins re-election, or on his way out of office in January.

But that certainly won’t stop them from trying to land that “get-out-of-jail-free” card just to cover all their bases.
