While Joe Biden was telling Americans not to worry about vaccine mandates, he was quietly working behind closed doors to find a loophole.
Right now, it appears that Biden found that loophole, however, it remains to be seen how the courts will handle this most recent decree handed down by emperor Joe Biden.
Joe Biden’s mandate that gives OSHA power to force employers with more than 100 employees to comply with mandatory vaccinations is the biggest power move yet.
The New York Times stated:
“The proposed rules, which President Biden announced on Thursday, will require workers to be inoculated or face weekly testing and will mandate that the businesses offer employees paid time off to get vaccinated. They are the government’s biggest push yet to draw employers into a campaign to vaccinate the country. Some 80 million workers will be affected. The requirements will be imposed by the Department of Labor and its Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which is drafting an emergency temporary standard to carry out the mandate, according to the White House.”
Anyone who continues to say that this is all about “the science” is at best ignorant and at worst flat out lying about what they want to do to innocent people.
Study after study shows natural immunity is far better at protecting individuals than the vaccine, but Joe Biden and his leftist allies don’t want to hear it.
Democrats, corporate-controlled media and Big Tech are pushing harder than ever to censor any voice that opposes the vaccine.
Biden overstepped his authority using government agencies – with no legal standing – like the CDC and OSHA to enforce his tyrannical mandates.
The Biden administration showed how little “legal authority” and rule law matter to them once again.
He implemented segregationist strategies and pitted those who are vaccinated against those who choose not to be vaccinated.
The media, the Democrat Party and Big Tech joined to spread lies to try and scare the American people into submission.
This is not the United States most of us grew up with and Joe Biden’s latest move on the COVID pandemic turned the slide to totalitarianism into a freefall.
