The corporate-controlled media is in the back pocket of Joe Biden’s administration.
They typically ask Biden softball questions during his press conferences.
Which is why Joe Biden was infuriated when a Fox News reporter asked him this one tough question about China.
During Joe Biden’s press conference last week after his failed summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as usual, Joe Biden took questions from a pre-approved list of reporters.
However, as Biden was finishing up his presser, reporters not on the pre-approved list began shouting out questions.
Apparently forgetting his instructions to only call on pre-approved members of the press, Biden took a question from Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy, who asked Biden whether or not he would ask his “old friend” Chinese President Xi Jingping to get access to the Wuhan Institute of Virology so the world could settle the question of if the coronavirus outbreak originated in a lab accident.
“You keep saying there’s no substitute for face-to-face dialogue, and also with what you said at NATO, the biggest problems right now are Russia and China. You have spoken many times about how you have spent perhaps more time with President Xi than any other world leader,” Doocy stated, “So is there going to be – come a time where you might call him, old friend to old friend, and ask him to open up China to the World Health Organization investigators who are trying to get to the bottom of COVID-19?”
Clearly infuriated, Biden quipped back at Doocy’s claim that President Xi was his “old friend.”
“Let’s get something straight. We know each other well, we’re not old friends,” Biden fumed. “It’s just pure business.”
Biden’s answer made it clear that his administration has no plan to even hold an investigation into the Wuhan Lab, much less hold China accountable should information come out proving the lab leak origin theory to be true.
