Biden and Democrats are usually guaranteed a pass for everything on daytime Fake News Media talk shows.
These shows’ may have a token “conservative” or two but no one expects them to shred the Biden administration’s numerous shortcomings.
But Joe Biden’s daytime talk honeymoon is over after this host’s comments left people speechless.
The Catholic Church has been making headlines over the past week.
It hasn’t been good for Biden and Democrats.
And it’s not getting any better after The View co-host Meghan McCain piled on.
The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops voted in favor in drafting a document that attempts to define “Eucharistic coherence.”
This document could prove to deny communion to public officials who support abortion and pro-choice legislation.
This comes after news the conservative U.S. Supreme Court said it would take up a case challenging Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban later this year, which could set a precedent to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The Mainstream Media claims liberal politicians like Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are devoted “practicing Catholics” even though they both publicly support extreme abortion laws that are not life-affirming in the slightest.
That’s the usual treatment from daytime talk shows too.
On The View Meghan McCain is the token “conservative”.
While some on the right believe McCain isn’t as conservative as she portrays herself, she recently has been shredding the Biden administration’s numerous shortcomings.
But McCain wasted no time in taking Biden’s hypocrisy to task on abortion and his “practicing Catholic” beliefs.
The View co-host and daughter of late Senator John McCain claimed that Biden was “doing grave spiritual harm to himself” by violating the Roman Catholic Church’s teachings.
She also revealed Biden’s past flip-flopping on abortion legislation.
In previous years, President Biden supported the Hyde Amendment, a law that bans federal funding for abortions.
But while campaigning in 2020, Biden caved to the radical Left and renounced his support for the law.
“If you are a devout Catholic, as President Biden claims to be, abortion is a cardinal sin that can do deep spiritual harm to you, and President Biden had been supportive of the Hyde Amendment up until 2019 when he decided to run for president,” McCain said.
McCain didn’t stop there, stating that whether or not Biden gets to participate in Holy Communion is ultimately up to the church, but “he’s walking a very fine line here, and ultimately, all of these issues are literally life and death for Catholics, for devout Christians. And he’s going to have to ultimately talk to his Creator when the time comes as we all do . . .”
It’s refreshing that the daytime talk shows’ token “conservatives” stepped up to call out Biden’s blatant hypocrisy when it comes to abortion and his “faith.”
But don’t expect the Fake News Media to end their kid glove treatment for Biden and Democrats anytime soon.
