Jonathan Turley blindsided rogue judges with this bombshell that devastated Biden’s immigration legacy

Legal expert Jonathan Turley defends Trump administration's authority to deport over 530,000 migrants who entered under Biden's controversial parole program.

Biden’s immigration crisis continues to haunt America.

President Trump is trying to clean up the mess.

And Jonathan Turley blindsided rogue judges with this bombshell that devastated Biden’s immigration legacy.

Top legal expert defends Trump’s authority to deport hundreds of thousands of Biden’s parolees

A federal judge just delivered a shocking ruling that temporarily blocks the Trump administration from deporting over 530,000 illegal immigrants who entered America under Biden’s controversial parole program.

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani stepped in to shield migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela who came to the United States using Biden’s CBP One app system.

The Department of Homeland Security had already sent termination notices in March, informing these parolees they needed to self-deport or face forcible removal and daily fines.

But prominent legal scholar Jonathan Turley just dropped a bombshell that has liberal judges sweating bullets.

During an appearance on America’s Newsroom, the George Washington University law professor explained that Trump’s team has solid legal grounds to reverse Biden’s executive actions.

“What they’re saying is, ‘Look, Joe Biden created this out of executive authority. And we have stopped it out of executive authority. We believe that it’s riddled with fraud and that it’s harmful to the government’s interests,'” Turley explained.

This case exposes the dangerous precedent set by Biden when he used executive power to bypass Congress and essentially open America’s back door to hundreds of thousands of migrants.

Turley didn’t hold back when explaining why the Trump administration is fighting to expedite deportations rather than letting these cases drag through the system.

“Part of the problem here for the administration is that if you allow the two years to run out and these people haven’t applied for legal status and they stay here, they go into the usual formal process for deportation,” he pointed out.

The consequences of that scenario would be disastrous for border security.

“And we all know that a lot of people don’t even get trial dates for eight years,” Turley continued, highlighting the broken immigration system Biden’s policies have exacerbated.

Trump’s team fears that without quick action, “they’re going to go into the usual system and we’ve got another half million people that are hard to remove.”

Republicans have long criticized Biden’s CHNV parole program as nothing more than a scheme to hide the border crisis by allowing foreign nationals to fly directly into the country instead of crossing the chaotic southern border.

The program was so badly managed that even the Biden White House had to pause it following an internal audit that revealed widespread fraud among applicants and their sponsors.

Judge Talwani’s ruling represents the latest attempt by activist judges to hamstring President Trump’s efforts to restore order at the border.

But Turley believes this case is headed for a higher authority.

“The administration is likely trying to get there as fast as possible,” Turley said, indicating the case will probably end up before the Supreme Court.

While Turley admitted he “would not call this opinion an exercise of judicial tyranny,” he emphasized that “there are good faith reasons here why the administration is saying that they have the authority to do this.”

His expert analysis exposes the shaky legal foundation that Biden’s immigration policies were built upon.

President Trump’s team is determined to dismantle Biden’s immigration catastrophe piece by piece, regardless of resistance from left-leaning judges who want to preserve the former administration’s open-borders agenda.

With over half a million parolees at stake, the outcome of this legal battle will have massive implications for America’s sovereignty and security.

If the Supreme Court sides with Trump, it could send a clear message that no president can use executive power to create immigration programs that their successors cannot undo.

The case highlights the stark difference between the Biden and Trump approaches to immigration – one focused on bringing as many people in as possible, the other determined to enforce the law and protect American interests first.
