Even though he’s been in office for over two months, Joe Biden still hasn’t delivered a State of the Union address or even held a press conference where he takes questions from reporters.
But it’s not just Joe Biden. Kamala Harris has also remained behind-the-scenes.
And now Kamala Harris couldn’t even answer this reporter’s one simple question about the Biden agenda.
The Biden Administration just launched a massive public relations “blitz” to promote the nearly $2 trillion bailout bill Democrats recently rammed through Congress.
During the PR “blitz,” Kamala Harris finally took some questions from reporters, simple questions she struggled to answer.
Instead of asking about the $2 trillion bailout bill, a reporter asked Kamala Harris about the massive tax hike Democrats were scheming to ram through Congress in the coming weeks.
True to fashion, Harris attempted to dodge the question with a strange answer where she claimed Democrats had no idea what legislation they would move next in Congress.
“We haven’t really figured out what the next phase is going to be, to be honest with you,” Harris stated.
And the questions didn’t get any easier for Harris.
Several reporters then asked her why the Biden Administration felt the need to sell the bailout bill when polls showed that 75% of the American people supported the legislation.
“It’s not selling it, it’s literally letting people know their rights,” Harris responded, before essentially saying American voters aren’t smart enough to figure out the benefits of the legislation on their own.
Harris said that it was like when “you buy a product, you’ve already been sold on the product, but you need some directions on the box usually.”
“These are the things we are doing to let people know what they are entitled to and to spread the word. Think of it more as a public education campaign,” Harris added.
Of course, even though the Fake News Media and the Democrats claim nearly 75% of Americans support the bailout bill, a lot of folks are skeptical of the results because of the wording of the poll.
A recent CNN poll asked Americans if they supported the bill while only asking about the portions of the legislation that Americans already approved of in the most favorable terms.
“As you may know, Congress is considering a bill that would attempt to provide economic relief by sending another round of stimulus checks, extending the availability of unemployment assistance and nutrition assistance, offering additional loans for small businesses, providing funding to [K-12] schools to help a return to the classroom, and increasing federal spending on coronavirus vaccine distribution and development. The bill has a total estimated cost of around one point nine trillion dollars. Based on what you have heard or read about it, do you favor or oppose the bill that Congress is considering?” the CNN poll asked.
If the poll wasn’t skewed by left-wing pollsters who wrote the questions in the most favorable light, then why is the Biden Administration on a PR “blitz” to sell it to the American people?
