Sheriff Chad Bianco destroys Harris for her statement
Instead of calling for peace, Harris released a statement on X that blamed Trump for the violence while describing the protests as "overwhelmingly peaceful."
"Los Angeles is my home. And like so many Americans, I am appalled at what we are witnessing on the streets of our city," Harris wrote. "Deploying the National Guard is a dangerous escalation meant to promote chaos."
She continued attacking Trump’s immigration enforcement: "In addition to the recent ICE raids in Southern California and across our nation, it is part of the Trump Administration’s cruel, calculated agenda to spread panic and division."
Harris then encouraged the protesters: "Protest is a powerful tool — essential in the fight for justice. And as the LAPD, Mayor, and Governor have noted, demonstrations in defense of our immigrant neighbors have been overwhelmingly peaceful."
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco wasn’t having any of Harris’ ridiculous spin.
Los Angeles has descended into chaos as violent anti-ICE protests have erupted across the city following federal immigration raids.
Rioters are lighting cars on fire, hurling projectiles at law enforcement officers, and blocking major freeways in response to President Trump’s immigration enforcement efforts.
Instead of condemning the violence, failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris decided to blame Trump for the chaos.
Harris released a statement claiming the protests were "overwhelmingly peaceful" while criticizing President Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard to restore order.
The Vice President who couldn’t even win her home state when she ran for President then tried to gaslight Americans about what they were seeing with their own eyes.
But Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco wasn’t having any of Harris’ ridiculous spin.
Sheriff Bianco absolutely destroyed Harris for her tone-deaf response to the violence.
"President Trump didn’t start these riots," Sheriff Bianco posted on X as he shared Harris’ remarks. "He’s not out there lighting cars on fire, hurling projectiles at law enforcement or blocking freeways."
The Sheriff didn’t stop there.
"This statement is an embarrassment and does nothing to diffuse the violent riots taking place across the city," Bianco continued.
Sheriff Bianco then delivered the knockout punch that left Harris looking foolish.
"The Democrats and their ‘leaders’ own this," he added.
Conservatives pile on Harris for her terrible take
Sheriff Bianco wasn’t the only one calling out Harris for her misguided statement.
Conservatives across the country blasted the former Vice President for siding with violent rioters instead of law enforcement.
Civil rights attorney Leo Terrell summed up what most Americans were thinking about Harris’ latest attempt to insert herself into the national conversation.
"No one is interested in your opinion," Terrell said in response to Harris’ statement.
That brutal assessment perfectly captures where Harris stands with the American people after her disastrous presidential campaign.
Harris spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying to convince voters to choose her over Trump and lost in a landslide.
She couldn’t even carry the swing states that Joe Biden won in 2020.
