Roughly 12 weeks ago, as Democrats coalesced around Kamala Harris, they were convinced that simply sticking to Joe Biden’s 2020 playbook of hiding from voters would be a winning strategy.
But after seeing little to no movement in polls post-debate, and Donald Trump’s apparent recent bump in polling over the past couple of weeks, her campaign is going back to the drawing board.
And now Kamala Harris is in a bit of a pickle after she undermined her own campaign with this embarrassing faceplant.

But that’s seemingly exactly what Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign is in the process of doing.
Throughout the first two months of her campaign, Kamala only sat for one media interview, and that was a softball interview with CNN’s Dana Bash alongside her running mate, Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz.
Democrats were banking on the idea that Kamala could run President Joe Biden’s basement campaign strategy from 2020, allowing Democrats and their media allies to fabricate a mythical narrative around the Democrat Vice President as some sort of national godsend without the candidate going off script and screwing the whole thing up.
They just knew that their propaganda, coupled with heavily scripted moments, like the Democratic National Convention and 3-on-1 ABC News Presidential debate, would be enough to beat former President Donald Trump.
But the DNC and debate came and went without the polls so much as budging from the virtual tie most every poll forecasted the race to be.
That is, until October came around, as the past couple of weeks have seen the momentum seemingly shift completely in Trump’s favor with most polls showing him beginning to take a lead in most of the crucial battleground states, like Georgia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
Now, Kamala is suddenly jumping on every left-wing media outlet possible, sitting for interviews with the likes of 60 Minutes, The View, The Late Show, Howard Stern, and the sex podcast Call Her Daddy.
And each of those media appearances has exposed exactly why her handlers felt it was best to keep her hidden from the public for so long.
For example, 60 Minutes’ Bill Whitaker caused the Democrat Presidential candidate to have what looked to be an internal panic attack when he simply asked how she planned to pay for all of the radical, socialist, taxpayer-funded handouts she’s proposed.
“But it is estimated by the Nonpartisan Committee for Responsible Federal Budget that your economic plan would add $3 trillion to the federal deficit over the next decade. How are you gonna pay for that?” Whitaker asked.
“OK, so the other econ – economists that have reviewed my plan versus my opponent and determined that my economic plan would strengthen America’s economy,” Kamala responded while coming nowhere close to answering the question. “His would weaken it.”
Kamala is nothing but an empty pantsuit
When Whitaker pushed back by pointing out that she didn’t actually answer his question, a clearly frustrated Kamala simply gave another non-answer.
“My plan, Bill, if you don’t mind – my plan is about saying that when you invest in small businesses, you invest in the middle class, and you strengthen America’s economy. Small businesses are part of the backbone of America’s economy,” Kamala continued.
For a third time, Whitaker asked Kamala, “But — but pardon me, Madame Vice President – the question was, how are you going to pay for it?”
“Well, one of the things is I’m gonna make sure that the richest among us, who can afford it, pay their fair share in taxes. It is not right that teachers and nurses and firefighters are paying a har – a higher tax rate than billionaires and the biggest corporations,” she replied, albeit while lying through her teeth.
Undeterred, Whitaker once again attempted to get a straight answer from the Democrat Presidential candidate.
“But we’re dealing with the real world here,” an exasperated Whitaker noted. “How are you gonna get this through Congress?”
Yet again, though, Kamala refused to actually answer the question, and seemingly claimed that she had some secret plan to convince Congressional Republicans to go along with the $3 trillion in estimated tax increases it would reportedly take to pay for the plan.
“You know, when you talk quietly with a lot of folks in Congress, they know exactly what I’m talking about, ’cause their constituents know exactly what I’m talking about. Their constituents are those firefighters and teachers and nurses. Their constituents are middle-class, hard-working folk,” Kamala stated.
Ultimately, Whitaker conceded that Kamala simply couldn’t answer his question and proceeded to hit her with a reality check before moving on with the interview.
“And Congress has shown no inclination to move in your direction,” Whitaker said, hitting Kamala with the reality that she’s living in a dream world.
Needless to say, Kamala Harris’ handlers are privately in a total panic over what the final weeks of this campaign will entail.
And it’s all because their candidate is totally incapable of doing anything other than reading from a teleprompter, and they know the American people are starting to recognize it.
