The Left is trying to cancel July 4.
But that’s not the only American holiday in their crosshairs.
Because Kamala Harris just gave an outrageous speech where she called for canceling another major American holiday.
This past Columbus Day, Joe Biden became the first President in American history to honor “Indigenous Peoples Day” in conjunction with the traditional holiday.
Biden’s move comes after decades of Leftists saying America shouldn’t honor Christopher Columbus because he was allegedly a racist, sexist, xenophobic slave owner who began the process of stealing land from Native Americans.
“Since 1934, every October, the United States has recognized the voyage of the European explorers who first landed on the shores of the Americas,” Harris stated. “But that is not the whole story. That has never been the whole story.”
Harris then claimed Christopher Columbus landing on the new world was a “shameful” episode in American history because Columbus and the other explorers supposedly spread disease to commit genocide against Native Americans.
“Those explorers ushered in a wave of devastation for Tribal nations — perpetrating violence, stealing land, and spreading disease,” Harris ranted. “We must not shy away from this shameful past, and we must shed light on it and do everything we can to address the impact of the past on Native communities today.”
Biden and Harris completely surrendering to the online mob woke are one of the reasons Joe Biden’s poll numbers are dropping.
