In the summer of 1939, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the Hatch Act into law in order to prohibit federal government employees within the executive branch from openly engaging in partisan politics while acting in their capacity as a government official.
Numerous members of the Biden regime have already been hit with warnings for violations of the Hatch Act – which can result in fines, or even the employee’s termination – including Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
Back in November 2022, while giving an official White House press briefing, Jean-Pierre took a shot at “mega MAGA Republicans,” leading the Office of the Special Counsel to reprimand the Press Secretary and warn the rest of the Biden regime against using the term “MAGA” due to its association with Republican frontrunner and former President Donald Trump.
“In addition, employees may not use these campaign slogans when they are conducting government business or performing their duties as government officials, to include, giving official speeches, responding to media inquiries, announcing or defending policy initiatives, or otherwise communicating (via email, text, social media, press releases, etc.) on official matters,” the Office of the Special Counsel wrote.
“MAGA remains the campaign slogan of a current candidate for partisan political office, and therefore, its use constitutes political activity,” the memo continued. “This is true regardless of whether the slogan is used positively or negatively to describe — e.g., MAGA officials, MAGA Republicans, MAGA policies, or MAGA Members of Congress. Accordingly, federal employees should not use ‘MAGA’ or ‘Make America Great Again’ while on duty, in the workplace, or when acting in their official capacity, including communicating through social media, email, or on government websites.”
But despite already being warned for her violation of the federal law, Jean-Pierre apparently believes she can do as she pleases.
During a recent White House press briefing, Jean-Pierre went on the attack against Republicans and “MAGAnomics” in order to paper over the disastrous impact of so-called “Bidenomics.”
“This stands in stark contrast with House Republicans, who don’t have a plan to lower costs, and whose MAGAnomics fails the middle class with tax giveaways for wealthy and big corporations,” Jean-Pierre claimed.
Is @presssec use of term “MAGAnomics” from the White House podium today a violation of the law?

Once again, the Biden regime is thumbing their noses at federal law to continue doing whatever they please, however they please.
But with multiple violations of federal law now under her belt, Karine Jean-Pierre may finally have gone a bit too far.
