Speaker Pelosi’s illegal haircut showed Americans how the Democrat elite truly operate in America.
They create onerous rules and expect everyone else to live under them, while they go on living life like normal.
And in a recent press briefing, Kayleigh McEnany just dropped the hammer on Nancy Pelosi and sent Democrat elites scurrying.
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany tore into Nancy Pelosi for her blatant violation of California’s lockdown orders.
McEnany began by showing the video of Pelosi getting her haircut inside without wearing a mask.
But McEnany went on to slam Pelosi for doing so while holding up a Congressional deal on a coronavirus relief package for the American people.
“Nancy Pelosi was not in the halls of Congress when I asked where she was,” McEnany began. “She was not working in good faith to make a deal for the American people.”
McEnany then ripped Pelosi for her blatant hypocrisy.
“Nancy Pelosi was found in San Francisco at a hair salon where she was indoors even though salons in California are . . . only open for outdoor service,” McEnany noted, before adding that “Apparently, the rules do not apply to Nancy Pelosi.”
McEnany called out the Speaker for her phony apology, where Pelosi tried to claim the hair salon owner set her up.
“Nancy Pelosi, you ought to apologize to the American people, or better yet come back to Washington and get to work for hard working Americans like this salon owner that you maligned and demanded an apology from,” McEnany added.
Pelosi’s illegal haircut – something Democrats widely mocked reopen protesters for this spring – was the top story in America last week.
Unfortunately for the salon owner, Erica Kious, the outrage mob – spurred on by Pelosi’s claim of a setup – harassed her to the point she announced she’d be closing her salon for good.
“I am actually done in San Francisco and closing my doors, unfortunately,” Kious told Tucker Carlson.
“I started to just get a ton of phone calls, text messages, emails, all my Yelp reviews … saying that they hope I go under and that I fail,” she told the host about her eSalon. “So just a lot of negativity towards my business.”
“I’m actually afraid to go back … It’s a little scary and sad,” she told Carlson. “I do have a lot of positive calls and text messages from clients. But other than that, nothing but negativity.”
Hard to believe this is the state of America in 2020.
