Justice Jackson's Transgender Sports Word Salad At Supreme Court Goes Viral
The Supreme Court heard arguments Tuesday on whether boys should be allowed to compete in girls' sports.
In a sane country, this wouldn't even be a question the nation's highest court needs to answer.
But Democrats spent four years mainstreaming the transgender fringe during Biden's presidency, so here we are.
Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson took her turn asking questions and delivered a word salad that would make Kamala Harris proud.
"You have the overarching classification, you know, everybody has to be, um, uh, uh, play on the team that is the same as their sex at birth. Um, but then you have a gender identity definition that is operating within that. Meaning, a distinction, meaning that, um, for, uh, cisginger girls they can play consistent with their gender identity, w- for transgender girls, they can't," Jackson rambled.
Read that mess again and try to figure out what she's attempting to say.
The Justice couldn't even pronounce "cisgender" — one of the Left's favorite made-up words — correctly.
She said "cisginger" like she was ordering a spiced latte at Starbucks.
Jackson's entire confused statement proves she doesn't understand the difference between real girls and boys who pretend to be girls.
Biden's DEI Supreme Court Pick Can't Define Basic Terms In Title IX Case
Conservatives warned exactly this would happen when Biden nominated Jackson.
He openly admitted he would only consider Black women for the vacancy — discriminating against everyone else based on race and sex — then picked someone who would rubber-stamp the Left's agenda from the bench.
Now the country is stuck with her incoherent ramblings on cases that will shape American law for decades.
Jackson is supposed to be interpreting the Constitution on the transgender sports question.
Instead, she can barely string together a coherent sentence explaining her own position.
Democrats made transgender ideology central to their entire agenda during the Biden years.
They forced schools to let boys into girls' bathrooms and locker rooms.
They allowed male athletes to destroy women's sports records.
They threatened anyone who objects with accusations of bigotry.
Jackson will vote with whatever the radical Left demands, Constitution be damned.
She's already shown she can't handle basic questions about biological sex without turning into a stammering mess.
Biden's DEI Supreme Court Justice Could Rule For 30 More Years
Jackson just turned 55 in September.
She's got another 30 years minimum on the bench if she follows the pattern of recent Justices.
Every single case she decides between now and 2056 will be a reminder of Biden's wrecking ball presidency.
If Democrats ever manage to flip the court while she's still serving, constitutional protections won't mean anything.
Imagine Jackson deciding cases on religious liberty, gun rights, or free speech with the same clarity she brought to the transgender sports question.
The country is stuck watching an unqualified Justice mangle basic legal principles while deciding the most important cases facing the nation.
Biden's Supreme Court legacy will haunt America long after everyone forgets his name.
