Kristi Noem turned the tables on Democrats with one move that left them stunned

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem revokes parole status for nearly 900,000 illegal aliens who used Biden's CBP One app, giving them the choice to self-deport or face steep daily fines.

Kristi Noem isn’t afraid to shake things up.

She had a nasty surprise waiting for illegal aliens.

And Kristi Noem turned the tables on Democrats with one move that left them stunned.

Protection revoked for illegal aliens who used Biden’s open borders app

The Department of Homeland Security under former President Joe Biden created the CBP One app to flood the country with illegal aliens more efficiently.

Illegal aliens were allowed to make bogus asylum claims through the app with the promise to appear at a court date years in the future, before the Biden administration released them into the interior of the country.

They realized that it was an express path for entering the United States.

166 million attempts to secure a meeting with immigration officials were made through the app in 2023 and 2024.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem had the CBP One app changed to the CBP Home App.

Illegal aliens were encouraged to use the app to self-deport.

The Trump administration revoked the parole status for nearly 900,000 illegal aliens who Biden left in the country beginning in January 2023, using the CBP One app.

“The Biden Administration abused the parole authority to allow millions of illegal aliens into the U.S. which further fueled the worst border crisis in U.S. history,” a Homeland Security spokesman said. “Under federal law, Noem — in support of the President — has full authority to revoke parole.”

Illegal aliens who were paroled under CBP One have the choice of leaving or being deported.

“Formal termination notices have been issued, and affected aliens are urged to voluntarily self-deport using the CBP Home App,” the Homeland Security spokesman added. “Those who refuse will be found, removed, and permanently barred from reentry.”

Illegal aliens could face massive fines

Illegal immigration has been costly for the country.

Now, it’s going to cost illegal aliens.

A 1996 law signed by former President Bill Clinton allows the Trump administration to fine illegal aliens $998 a day if they don’t leave.

They could face fines of up to $1 million and have their assets seized.

Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin warned that illegal aliens should self-deport and leave the country.

“If they don’t, they will face the consequences,” McLaughlin said. “This includes a fine of $998 per day for every day that the illegal alien overstayed their final deportation order.”

Biden abused his parole authority, which was supposed to be used in extreme cases as a way to bring illegal aliens into the country and hand them a work permit.

“Canceling these paroles is a promise kept to the American people to secure our borders and protect national security,” McLaughlin added.

The Trump administration terminated the CHNV parole program enacted by the Biden administration in March.

More than 500,000 illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela were flown into the United States under the program.

CHNV was an attempt by the Biden administration to lower the number of illegal aliens at the southern border.

Kristi Noem is putting an end to the schemes under Biden that created the worst illegal immigration crisis in the country’s history.
