The Kyle Rittenhouse trial is front and center in the national news.
Most legal experts agree that Rittenhouse is innocent because he acted in self-defense.
But Kyle Rittenhouse is worried he may be convicted after a shocking video went viral on social media.
The prosecution recently wrapped up its case in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
During their presentation, the prosecution called multiple witnesses, including one of the Black Lives Matter rioters shot by Rittenhouse, who all testified that every individual Rittenhouse shot either attacked him, chased him, or pointed a gun at him.
Of course, this alone should be enough for Rittenhouse to be acquitted of the murder charges that could send him to prison for the remainder of his life.
However, Cortez Rice, a nephew of George Floyd, posted a video on social media bragging that someone was taking pictures of the jurors in an effort to intimidate them into convicting Rittenhouse or else face the wrath of angry mobs at their doorsteps.

Jury intimidation is a crime that law enforcement takes seriously.
If jurors don’t feel free or safe to consider the evidence on its merits and offer a fair verdict, the American criminal justice system can’t function.
Justice by mob rule is not justice at all.
But unfortunately, since the evidence clearly shows Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, it appears the prosecution only charged Rittenhouse in order to prevent more Black Lives Matter riots.
Based on the prosecution’s poor case, the only chance Rittenhouse will be convicted is if the jury believes they are in physical danger by voting not guilty.
