Laura Ingraham and Donald Trump are close allies.
But Ingraham is worried.
And Laura Ingraham just sent Donald Trump a word of caution that he should take seriously.
Frances Haugen, a so-called Facebook “whistleblower,” testified before Congress last week about her belief that Facebook’s algorithm facilitates the spread of misinformation and creates a toxic environment for young girls.
During the testimony, Republican Senators largely treated Haugen as a legitimate whistleblower, which Laura Ingraham pointed out was a huge mistake.
According to Ingraham, the Left used Haugen to set a trap for Republicans ahead of the 2024 Presidential election when Donald Trump is expected to be the nominee should he run.
Ingraham warned that “the Left doesn’t care if the culture or big business spreads content that’s not appropriate for children.”
Ingraham is correct.
After all, the same Leftists now acting concerned about how Facebook and Instagram impacts young children are the same radicals who support “drag queen story time” at public libraries, where drag queens pole dance and read stories to children.
“Republicans may be walking straight into a trap,” Ingraham said in a warning that turned out to be true.
Not only has Haugen donated exclusively to Democrat candidates, including AOC, but she was also employed by the same PR firm that once employed Jen Psaki.
In addition, Haugen hired the same lawyers that defended Eric Ciamerella, the alleged whistleblower who kicked off the first impeachment witch hunt by leaking Donald Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian President.
And during her testimony, Haugen proposed that the only solution to Facebook problems is for the government to create a federal agency to censor the internet staffed by former employees of Facebook.
Haugen’s dangerous solution shows that Ingraham was correct when she warned this was a coordinated maneuver by the radical Left to give the government new powers to censor conservative speech ahead of the 2024 election as a way to stop Donald Trump’s campaign.
