Letitia James turned red with rage when Donald Trump exposed this shocking scandal

Donald Trump calls for New York Attorney General Letitia James' immediate resignation after bombshell report reveals she may have committed real estate fraud while pursuing him.

New York’s Attorney General just got caught in a major controversy.

President Trump isn’t letting her off the hook.

And Letitia James turned red with rage when Donald Trump exposed this shocking scandal.

Trump calls for James to resign over suspicious real estate dealings

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been on a personal vendetta against Donald Trump for years.

But now the tables have turned in spectacular fashion as a bombshell report reveals James may have committed fraud herself in a real estate transaction.

According to PJ Media, James signed a document in August 2023 stating, “I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence” when she named her relative, Shamice Thompson-Hairston power of attorney for a property transaction.

The problem? Just two months later, she was busy conducting her fraud suit against Trump from her New York City office – not living at the property she claimed would be her primary residence.

President Trump wasted no time calling out this glaring hypocrisy.

“Letitia James, a totally corrupt politician, should resign from her position as New York State Attorney General, IMMEDIATELY. Everyone is trying to MAKE NEW YORK GREAT AGAIN, and it can never be done with this wacky crook in office,” Trump declared on Truth Social Sunday night.

The timing couldn’t be worse for James, who has positioned herself as an anti-corruption crusader while apparently engaging in questionable practices herself.

James has relentlessly pursued Trump while facing her own legal questions

The New York Attorney General has made targeting Donald Trump her personal mission since taking office.

In March 2024, she secured a $454 million judgment against Trump in a civil fraud trial that many legal experts called politically motivated from the start.

Trump, who has consistently maintained his innocence, posted a $175 million bond on April 1, 2024, to prevent state authorities from seizing his assets. The appeal hearing was held in September 2024, and a decision is still pending.

But now James faces serious questions about her own integrity as details emerge about her potentially fraudulent property declaration.

The irony is unmistakable – the very official who accused Trump of real estate fraud may have committed similar violations herself.

James rejected unity call after Trump’s election victory

After Trump’s resounding victory in the November 2024 election, his legal team reached out to James with a reasonable request to dismiss the civil judgment against him to promote national unity.

James flatly rejected the olive branch.

“This Office will not stipulate to vacate the final judgment” against Trump and his company “or otherwise seek to dismiss the action,” a lawyer representing James’ office wrote in response to Trump’s attorney.

Trump’s lawyer John Sauer had argued that continuing the case would interfere with Trump’s presidential duties and that dropping it would help heal divisions in the country.

But James refused to back down, even as she now finds herself in the crosshairs of serious allegations.

The Attorney General has also continued launching multiple lawsuits against the Trump administration since his inauguration, including cases involving COVID-related education funding and election integrity measures.

James faces growing calls for investigation

As news of James’ potential real estate fraud spreads, calls for her to step down or face an independent investigation are growing louder.

The revelation that the crusading Attorney General may have falsely declared her intent to occupy a property as her primary residence while working full-time in her New York City office has raised serious questions about her credibility.

If the allegations prove true, it would represent an extraordinary case of hypocrisy from an official who has built her reputation on supposedly fighting fraud and corruption.

For Trump and his supporters, the news validates what they’ve been saying all along – that James’ pursuit of the former President was politically motivated rather than legally justified.

As this story continues to develop, the pressure on James will only intensify. Her critics are now questioning whether someone facing such serious allegations should be allowed to continue serving as New York’s top law enforcement official.
