Democrats and their media allies love nothing more than to accuse their political opponents of doing exactly what they themselves are guilty of.
Their schtick is wearing thin with the American people though.
The hysterical reaction Democrats and their media allies have had to a recent interview former President Donald Trump gave Univision, in which he said Democrats would live to regret weaponizing the justice system against their political opponents, was entirely predictable.
Pretending to be completely oblivious to their own weaponization of the Justice Department against their political enemies, Democrats claimed that when Trump said that one day the shoe would be on the other foot and Democrats would face witch hunts, he really meant he wanted to turn the U.S. into 1930’s Nazi Germany.
Of course, all Trump did was rightly point out that Democrats had simply set the precedent for the Justice Department to be used to aid another sitting President’s re-election campaign – which obviously can’t apply to him when he’s limited to only serving one more term, should be elected again.
But Democrats still melted down, while pretending as though the American people couldn’t see through their blatant lies and distortions of the truth, or wouldn’t connect their claims about Trump’s potential retaliation to their current weaponization of the Justice Department, which started it all in the first place.
Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly couldn’t help but laugh at how Democrats made total fools of themselves by pretending as though they aren’t already living in a country in which the President orders his regime to attempt to imprison his top political adversaries.
“I have to say I love his [Trump’s] honesty,” Kelly stated. “I do. Like I love how he’ll say ‘Yes, I’m going to do that.’ Obviously, it’s in the context of ‘Hello, that is what they’re doing to me. And these are the risks of doing this to me.’ That’s very, very clearly what he’s trying to say.”
“But what’s great about this – is it did exactly what he thought it would do,” she added. “The Democrats melted down completely clueless un-self-aware reaction to this alleged plan. As they’re like, ‘What who would weaponize the Justice Department against a political foe? It’s un-American. This is wrong!’”
Kelly then proceeded to take aim at NBC News’ Kristen Walker, who hilariously claimed that the slap on the wrist gun charges President Biden’s son, Hunter, is facing somehow prove that the American justice system hasn’t been weaponized by Democrats into a two-tiered system of justice in which Democrats are giving preferential treatment while Republicans have the book thrown at them for the same offenses.
Most every other American who has committed the gun crimes Hunter Biden is accused of committing has spent at least some time in jail, and of course, none of that even begins to touch on all the crimes he’s been accused of committing that he hasn’t faced any accountability for.
In fact, as Kelly explained, the only reason Hunter is even facing any charges in the first place is because a judge rightfully rejected the sweetheart plea deal his father’s regime attempted to give him, which would have granted him unprecedented immunity for any and all other charges that could possibly be brought against him for his other accused crimes.
“I just can’t get over how clueless these Democrats sound and these media figures sound,” Kelly said. “We’ve been following the news, Trump is under four criminal indictments. He’s facing two civil fraud trials. Like who do you think you’re kidding?”
“Then you’ve got Kristen Welker out there,” she added. “Oh please, you’ve got to be kidding me. Anybody who gave two minutes of attention to the news understands no one in the Biden Justice Department wanted to indict Hunter. They were forced. Their hand was forced by that one federal judge who caught them trying to give him immunity.”
But Democrats and their media allies aren’t interested in the truth – they’re only interested in advancing their power and control over the American people.
And they’ll gladly completely distort reality and blatantly lie to the American people to achieve those ends.
