Trouble is bearing down on Democrats with less than eight months until the midterm election.
They’re doing everything they can to save their slim majorities.
Now Megyn Kelly’s made a prediction that has Chuck Schumer ready to run for cover.
You can smell the fear in the Democrats’ camp—and that means they’re ready to take desperate measures.
Joe Biden even went as far as promising things like ending cancer in his State of the Union address.
But no matter how much Schumer and Friends hustle over the next few months, the host of The Megyn Kelly Show doesn’t think the Democrats’ latest strategy is going to fly.
During a recent interview with Paul Murray on Sky News, the former Fox News anchor predicted the 2022 midterms will be “absolutely devastating” for Chuck Schumer and the Democrats.
Murray pointed out that many blue state officials are dropping COVID regulations fast.
But he also noticed Democrats are still all-in on some aspects of Covid-19 to “save their backsides” in November.
Kelly agreed things are getting messy for Democrats.
“There was a memo put out by pollsters and consultants who work for the Democrats saying, ‘red alarm fire.’” Kelly said. “We’re losing voters by the millions because of our COVID insanity. The American people are done with COVID. They’re over this COVID-hawkishness. They can’t stand the restrictions; they just want to live with it.”
Kelly said the memo also pointed out that Democrats and their handlers are the only ones who hadn’t realized Americans are fed up with the forever-pandemic.
If they keep it up, midterms are going to be a “bloodbath.”
The reality is that Democrats’ control freak policies—and even vaccines—weren’t able to end the serious threat Covid-19 posed.
Instead, the Omicron variant took care of the problem following a natural process of viral mutation we’ve been able to observe at work for centuries.
According to Harvard University the “pandemic of the unvaccinated” is nothing more than a political talking point.
“Researchers found that traditional dosing regimens of COVID-19 vaccines available in the U.S. don’t produce antibodies capable of recognizing and neutralizing the Omicron variant,” researchers from Harvard reported.
While Democrats continued to demonize the unvaccinated, the Omicron surge lasted well into the winter with 70% of Americans vaccinated.
So called “breakthrough” cases of vaccinated people getting Covid-19 is the norm and make up the majority of people catching the bug.
Kelly pointed out that Democrats have been following political science rather than medical science the whole time.
When Democrats’ consultants urged for the end of masks and mandates, they basically wrote a prescription for the medical climate to shift.
“And then, miraculously, like a beacon, like a phoenix rising up, the Democrats say, ‘ya know what, COVID, it’s over, praise Jesus, I can walk, it’s over, I don’t know how we did it, but WE did it.’” Kelly mocked. “It’s such a lie.”
Murray said that Democrats don’t deserve credit for ending the pandemic, but wondered if Democrats would be able to take credit in November.
But Kelly says they’ve dug a hole too deep to get out of this time.
“The handover will remain. The voters are too angry. You don’t mess with somebody’s children and then the parents just move on,” Kelly said. “For two years, these children have had these face diapers on them. Covering their smiles, making it impossible to communicate effectively, setting back learning, setting back speech development and social development. It’s been infuriating.”
Considering a good portion of parents are now taking their young children to speech therapy and helping older children deal with overcoming self-harming behavior, it seems likely Kelly is right.
Democrats didn’t simply pull a cute stunt over the past two years—they absolutely devastated millions of lives and devastated the economy.
Voters have every reason to back a grudge through November and beyond.
