Democrats have mastered the art of ignoring anything inconvenient.
However, some bombshell revelations about the Biden Family’s alleged influence-peddling scheme are sparking unexpected discussions, even in Democrat circles.
Now, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) just walked into an MSNBC interview that blew up in her face.
It happened when Andrea Mitchell asked about the chance House Republicans will impeach President Biden.
Pelosi was the front woman, who led Democrats’ effort to impeach former President Donald Trump twice.
But it turns out she’s not happy when what she sends around boomerangs back.
“How do you feel about the push by the House Republicans – many of them – the Speaker certainly, you know, certainly flirted with this idea of impeachment proceedings against President Biden because of unfounded allegations that he was involved with his son Hunter’s businesses?” Mitchell asked during her interview with Pelosi.
Pelosi immediately came to life, flailing her arms around while trying to deflect the question.
“With all due respect to your question, this is frivolous, this is a diversionary tactic,” Pelosi began.
The former Speaker of the House then started fussing and claiming that impeachment threats from the GOP are proof the party has “nothing to offer the American people.”
Mitchell then made an outrageous assertion that Democrats cautiously considered whether to impeach Trump or not.
“As you well know, you were very cautious about starting impeachment proceedings for the very reason that once you start in a special committee or the judiciary committee, it’s very hard to stop that process,” Mitchell said, trying to legitimize the Democrats’ witch hunt against Donald Trump.
But Pelosi once again avoided addressing the reality that Biden could be subjected to impeachment thanks to his apparent corrupt dealings.
“They have to change the subject, and they have nothing to offer the American people in terms of jobs and the rest,” Pelosi claimed. “They talk about it, but then they change the subject when it’s time to deliver.”
Pelosi then went on to rave about how Biden supposedly has had “economic successes”—a difficult argument to make convincing, considering the soaring inflation and general malaise throughout the economy.
After pushing aside the fact, Pelosi claimed trying to impeach Biden would be a waste of time for everyone involved.
She then went on to argue that the GOP has morphed into a cult led by Trump.
“I’m so proud of the Democrats in the Congress,” Pelosi gushed. “We fully intend to take back the House next time so we don’t have to deal with the frivolity, the waste of time of the Congress for them to go down this path.”
Ironically, wasting time on unnecessary impeachments and various witch hunts against Donald Trump has been the major occupation of the Democrat Party for years now.
On the other hand, compelling evidence is making impeachment proceedings against Biden almost required.
Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) may be gearing up to do just that based on hints he’s dropped recently due to evidence surfacing around allegations the President was involved in a criminal bribery scheme in Ukraine.
At this point, Democrats have a lot of explaining to do if they want to argue that Joe Biden shouldn’t be held accountable after what they’ve put Donald Trump through.
