The Midterm elections are speeding toward Nancy Pelosi.
Democrats are panicking as their own incompetence seems to be eclipsing even that of RINOs in Washington, D.C.
In response, Nancy Pelosi just opened her mouth and let the dumbest claims fall out as she faces a career sabotaging reality.
Republicans are now leading by four points on the generic Congressional ballot according to a recent New York Times/Siena poll.
That initiated panic mode for the Left and caused the corporate-controlled media to go into a frenzy as all their election assumptions are shifting.
Only last month the corporate-controlled press was gloating over expectations Democrats would minimize their Midterm losses or even walk away with a win based on leftists getting worked up over the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.
But it turns out that the leftist fantasy that had millions of women rushing to the polls to elect Democrats and demand abortion on demand up to the point of birth appears to be crumbling.
Instead, the Times’ poll showed 44% of voters say the economy is their number one issue this year while only a handful of voters, 5%, cited abortion as the issue they care about the most.
MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell confronted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) live on air about the Democrats’ prospects in light of the newly released data.
Pelosi was shockingly obtuse claiming that the New York Times/Siena poll is an “outlier.”
“Well, first of all, let me say that I think that much of what you’ve said I don’t agree with, that is to say, the New York Times poll, I think is an outlier poll, you cite one poll, but all the other polls —” Pelosi argued.
Mitchell interrupted her with another dose of reality therapy pointing out that the RealClearPolitics polling average also shows Republicans have an edge.
But Pelosi sneered at that poll as well running with the false idea that abortion is the number one issue voters will have on their minds when they go to the polls this fall.
“No, but that was one that brought down the average, and it was an outlier,” Pelosi argued yet again. “It wasn’t even that big a sample. So, I dismiss that. I have been, since Congress adjourned, I’ve been in an average of five states a week. And I can tell you that women’s concerns about their freedom are very, very much still very significant in terms of how they will vote.”
Pelosi then went on double down on her fiction-first election propaganda strategy when she made an appearance on Punch Bowl News.
She told the outlet she’s optimistic about the Midterm elections insisting that all Democrats have to do is turn out their pro-abortion base.
“This is about turnout,” the Speaker proclaimed. “We know that the public is with us. But it’s about turnout. So I’m excited. We’ve outraised them, except for their big, dark money, which is endless.”
Considering what’s happening to Americans’ bank accounts, it’s no wonder every single poll shows inflation and the economy is the number one issue for voters.
But radical leftists like Nancy Pelosi are doing their level best to make the issue 5% of voters care about into the driving force behind the next election.
If Democrats take a beating in November it will be because they have completely blown off their constituents’ biggest concerns.
Instead, they’ve doubled down on smearing millions of Americans as supposed “domestic extremists” and on pushing abortion-on-demand anytime up until birth.
Nancy Pelosi won’t be able to blame anyone but herself for those if the Democrat Party suffers a massive schellacking.
