Nancy Pelosi just went ballistic over a plan pitched by a group of Democrats and RINOs who believe they’ve found a way to break up the two-party system.
But Pelosi is sounding the alarm.
During a speech before the Third Way group, which leans Democrat, Nancy Pelosi went after the “No Labels” group.
That’s a well-funded organization filled with neo-liberals who are promoting a scheme to create a supposed “unity ticket” that would be made up of a RINO Republican and a Democrat that would take on both Donald Trump and Joe Biden in 2024.
The group has already scraped together $70 billion in funding allowing them to get on the ballot in every single state.
Now with Donald Trump leading the polls, Pelosi is making an effort to stop the group she describes as a group of “crypto conservatives” on a mission to destroy the Democrat Party’s agenda.
“No Labels is perilous to our democracy,” Pelosi griped. “I hesitate to say No Labels because they do have labels. They’re called no taxes for the rich. No child tax credit for children. They’re called let’s undo the Affordable Care Act.”
Pelosi then revealed what she has against the group of Democrats and RINOs.
She’s apparently convinced any serious third-party candidate will ultimately help Donald Trump secure the presidency.
“When they jeopardize the reelection of Joe Biden as president of the United States, I can no longer remain silent on that,” Pelosi claimed.
This isn’t the first time Democrats have circled the wagons.
Back in 2020, Democrats did what it took to get the Green Party kicked off the ballot in critical swing states.
Removing the “double haters”—those who disliked both candidates—is a key strategy for Democrats.
Back in 2016 voters who didn’t like Clinton or Trump ultimately went for the Republican.
Then in 2020 Biden spent enough time hiding in his basement he managed to poll better than Clinton had.
In that election, the “double haters” went with Biden, but Pelosi and other Democrats believe No Labels could drain support from Biden.
Republicans are sure to show up in support of Trump.
Meanwhile, Democrats have lost their zeal for Biden.
No Labels could also upset the boat for Independents if they put a combo like West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin and former RINO Utah Governor Jon Huntsman on the ballot.
According to Pelosi, a high profile and well-funded No Labels ticket could garner enough Electoral College votes to create a scenario where the House of Representatives will have to decide the election with each state voting as a delegation.
That would seal the deal for Donald Trump since Republicans have the majority in more states than Democrats.
