NASCAR has given up on its fan base and become just another woke corporate sports institution kneeling before the altar of the radical woke mob culture.
They have decided to ignore the lessons of Bud Light, Disney, Target, and all the rest of the corporate sell-outs.
And that’s why NASCAR just heard the seven words that proved they are running their last woke lap.
NASCAR driver Noah Gragson was indefinitely suspended by The Legacy Motor Club after the fan favorite driver merely liked a meme mocking the criminal George Floyd.
While Floyd is a saintly figure to the woke Left, to NASCAR fans, and most thinking Americans, he is a symbol of a violent criminal who met an untimely death.
But ever since Floyd’s death, NASCAR has worked overtime to veer off course and try to curry favor with the radical left-wing social justice warriors and BLM criminals.
So, when Gragson liked a meme critical of Floyd, NASCAR gladly jumped on the bash Gragson bandwagon and praised the suspension in a statement that effectively called Gragson as a racist.
“NASCAR fully supports Legacy Motor Club’s decision to suspend Noah Gragson,” NASCAR’s statement read. “Following his actions on social media, NASCAR has determined that Gragson has violated the Member Conduct section of the 2023 NASCAR Rule Book and has placed him under indefinite suspension.”
NASCAR clearly doesn’t know who its fans are, or better yet, were.
The NASCAR executives have decided to continue their assault on their fan base by joining companies like Target and Anheuser-Busch to market their product for blue state elitists rather than red state America.
And they are facing intense backlash for joining the left’s culture war on mainstream America.
Target and Bud Light have both lost billions of dollars after making the bone-headed decision to promote their pro-Transgender, woke, anti-American values to a rural and largely conservative customer base.
The Bud Light boycott has quickly become one of the political stories of the decade as it became the first time conservative customers flexed their financial muscle to punish a company for going woke.
Now NASCAR fans are flocking to the anti-NASCAR movement in an effort to “Bud Light the hell out of them” for endorsing the nonsensical suspension for Gragson not showing the proper deference to the “sainted” George Floyd.
Being born and raised in the South, I can tell you @Nascar has forgotten their fan base.
Go woke, go broke.
Bud Light the hell out of them.

NASCAR can ill afford any such fan boycotts.
Ratings were already down for the first half of the season, and many noticed most of the races no longer show the stands, as they are more and more likely to be empty.
This is a result of other NASCAR moves in recent years to ban the certain red, white and blue flags, while also waving the pride flag.
They also came under intense fire for the whole Bubba Wallace fake noose controversy.
And changes in the racing formats, the tracks they race on, and the ridiculous new rules packages are turning off once diehard fans.
NASCAR is currently looking to sign a new TV rights deal and the money networks pay NASCAR to televise their content is the lifeblood that allows it to exist.
So, the last thing NASCAR needs is a Bud Light style boycott driving even more fans away at the exact moment TV networks are deciding how much money to pay NASCAR to televise their races.
As NASCAR’s audience shrinks, it won’t be long until the networks realize the once most popular sport in America isn’t the race to bet on.
