Melania Trump will soon once again be America’s First Lady.
This will be a welcome change from Jill Biden’s shady dealings and efforts to hide Joe Biden’s cognitive decline from the American public.
But nobody saw this huge 2025 announcement from Melania Trump coming.
A very private First Lady goes very public
During Donald Trump’s first term in office, Melania Trump wasn’t the glory hound Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, or Jill Biden were as First Ladies.
During her time as First Lady, Melania Trump made her “be better” anti-bullying initiative her main focus in the very limited public appearances she made.
Melania also never seemed to fully embrace a key role in her husband’s campaigns.
While she delivered speeches at the 2016 and 2020 Republican National Conventions, she held very few campaign events.
And in 2024 Melania didn’t even speak at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, although she did attend almost every night.
Melania has preferred spending her time raising the couple’s son, Barron.
But now Americans will get an unvarnished look at Melania Trump for the first time.
The incoming First Lady has agreed to participate in an Amazon documentary.
“Amazon Prime has exclusively licensed a documentary film for global theatrical and streaming release that will give viewers an ‘unprecedented behind-the-scenes look’ at First Lady Melania Trump’s life,” Fox News Digital exclusively reported.
The movie will premiere in theaters later this year before moving to Amazon Prime’s streaming service.
Fox News Digital also reported, “the project is expected to be released globally in theaters and for streaming use in the second half of 2025.”
Production is already underway with Brett Ratner, a director known for such box office hits as Rush Hour and X-Men: The Last Stand, heading up the project as the film’s director.
“Filming for the upcoming documentary began in December 2024. The documentary will be executive produced by First Lady Melania Trump and Fernando Sulichin of New Element Media, with Brett Ratner of RatPac Entertainment serving as director,” Fox News also reported.
“We are excited to share this truly unique story with our millions of customers around the world,” a statement from Amazon about the movie read.
The ever-changing landscape
Eight years ago, or even four years ago, such a movie about Melania Trump would have been unthinkable.
But everything changed when Trump scored such a huge victory in 2024 and won the popular vote.
That finally legitimized Trump in the eyes of many in the establishment, and the business, political, and entertainment elites are finally realizing Trump’s America First movement represents the majority of Americans.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos correctly read the political winds before the election.
Bezos published an op-ed admitting the Washington Post – which he owns – and the mainstream media in general had sacrificed their credibility with their virulent anti-Trump bias.
Bezos and Apple CEO Tim Cook have also personally donated $1,000,000 each to Donald Trump’s inauguration fund.
The Left failed spectacularly in their mission to defeat Trump politically.
And now the titans of the establishment are scrambling to try and make their peace with Trump and his supporters.
They finally have to admit that not only will Trump be President for the next four years, but Trump’s MAGA movement will remain a force in American politics for years to come.
