Norm Eisen — Obama's Harvard Law classmate who became his so-called "ethics czar" — is now bragging about it in public interviews.
The man confessed the first Trump impeachment was designed to "pre-bunk" or deflect attention away from Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's criminal acts that were later exposed on Hunter's laptop.
They used the impeachment process to protect Old Joe Biden heading into the 2020 election.
A video shows Eisen in December 2019 asking Trump impeachment witnesses if the President should be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors over Ukraine.
The second clip shows him on November 9, 2020 saying the impeachment was designed to "inoculate" voters against Biden's corruption before they went to the polls.

Before Mueller's report was released, Eisen shifted to impeachment counsel for House Democrats.
