Joe Biden’s Presidency is falling fast.
Americans have had enough of his constant string of failures.
And one red-state Governor made a shocking move that sent Joe Biden off the rails.
After campaigning on an open borders agenda, Joe Biden wasted no time following through on his promises by reversing Donald Trump’s successful illegal immigration policies on his first day in office.
Biden also halted construction on Trump’s border wall, which resulted in record-breaking numbers of illegal aliens entering the country.
After Joe Biden placed Kamala Harris in charge of the border back in March, the problem only got worse, as Harris refused to even visit the border until Donald Trump held an event and forced her to go to Texas.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, like many other Republican Governors, is fed up with Biden refusing to secure the border and are taking matters into their own hands.
Abbott announced that construction had begun on a border wall in Texas only six months after the project was announced.
“Texas is taking what truly is unprecedented action by any state ever for a state to build a wall on our border to secure the sovereignty of the United States as well as our own state,” Abbott said.
“And this unprecedented action is needed for one single reason, and that’s because the Biden administration has failed to do its job as required by law as passed by Congress to enforce the immigration laws of the United States of America,” he continued.
Abbott also talked about the unprecedented amount of illegal drugs being smuggled across the border into Texas on a daily basis.
According to officials in Texas, they’re confiscated enough fentanyl to kill every person in California, Illinois, New York, Florida, and Texas.
Of course, this isn’t Governor Abbott’s first offensive move to increase border security.
Abbott previously deployed the Texas State Troopers and the National Guard to plug holes in the border using large steel shipping containers.
With Joe Biden refusing to address the border crisis, more Republican Governors will likely follow Abbott’s lead and take matters into their own hands.
