Bashaw refused to get the experimental shot that was being pushed on Americans with no long-term safety data.

The Biden administration made an example out of Bashaw to intimidate other service members into submission.
Court martial conviction destroyed a patriot’s career
Biden’s Pentagon didn’t just discharge Bashaw like the roughly 8,000 other service members who refused the mandate.

However, Bashaw is believed to have been the first to be court-martialed for failing to adhere to the COVID protocols issued by Austin, The Hill reported.
Bashaw’s conviction did not result in any jail sentence, but it did give him a criminal record.
Bashaw was then involuntarily discharged from the military, ending his career in disgrace.
In a 2023 social media post, he claimed he had been court-martialed because he “refused to participate with lies.”
The Biden administration destroyed this man’s life for the crime of thinking for himself and refusing to bow to their authoritarian demands.
While corporate executives and government officials exempted themselves from their own mandates, they came down like a hammer on service members who had no choice but to comply or face ruin.

President Trump delivers justice with full pardon
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump signed a full and unconditional pardon for Lieutenant Mark Bashaw.
The pardon completely wipes Bashaw’s criminal record clean and restores his good name.
Bashaw celebrated the incredible news on social media with a message of gratitude and determination.
“I just received a Presidential Pardon from President Donald J. Trump,” Bashaw wrote. “I am humbled, grateful, and ready to continue fighting for truth and justice in this great nation. Thank you, Mr. President @realDonaldTrump and to your incredible team.”
Bashaw’s post concluded with a powerful message: “Time for accountability!”
He also included an image describing COVID as a “plandemic” – a reference to the coordinated campaign of lies and manipulation that destroyed so many lives.
Blaze News senior editor Daniel Horowitz praised Bashaw’s incredible courage in standing up to the Biden regime’s tyranny.
“It’s easy to be a hero now that COVID tyranny has been universally repudiated and it no longer costs anything to take a stand,” Horowitz told Blaze News. “Yet, Bashaw risked his entire career and even time in the brig for standing up for the rule of law and the medical ethics of public health.”
