Pam Bondi was vindicated after making this blunt prediction that was the worst news for illegal aliens

The Attorney General went on Fox & Friends and issued a message that had illegal aliens and Democrats in utter disbelief but Bondi was just proven right.

Pam Bondi means business as the Attorney General.

She’s not going to let anything stop her from laying down the law.

And Pam Bondi was vindicated after making this blunt prediction that was the worst news for illegal aliens.

Pam Bondi warns illegal aliens can’t count on activist judges

Democrats have turned the courts to gum up the works in the mass deportation of illegal aliens by President Donald Trump.

Activist judges have thrown the law out the window to issue political rulings designed to stop Trump’s agenda.

District Court Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, blocked Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal aliens who are members of gangs that are designated foreign terrorist organizations.

Boasberg had the audacity to order a deportation flight carrying gang members to a prison in El Salvador to turn around in mid-flight and return to American soil.

He gave himself the supreme authority to make decisions about national security and left Trump as a middle manager subservient to the judiciary.

The Supreme Court issued a 5-4 ruling – with Justice Amy Coney Barrett siding with the Left – that threw out Boasberg’s restraining order against Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act.

Attorney General Pam Bondi predicted that activist District Court judges wouldn’t be able to interfere with the administration’s efforts to deport illegal aliens during an appearance on Fox & Friends

“These liberal district judges thought that they could control our entire country’s policy [and] Donald Trump’s policy on keeping America safe,” Bondi said. “They cannot do it and this is, again, a landmark ruling for the rule of law yesterday and it’s so important because these flights will now continue.”

Deportations under the Alien Enemies Act weren’t subject to judicial review under the 1948 Supreme Court decision Ludecke v. Watkins

Boasberg wanted to stop Trump from making a policy decision from the bench.

Trump can continue to make America safe by removing gang members

Bondi vowed that activist judges wouldn’t be able to stop the Trump administration’s deportations.

“These terrorists, they are foreign terrorists, they are alien enemies to our country and we will continue to deport them,” Bondi explained. “We are going to keep America safe and a liberal district judge is not going to stop us. That’s what this Supreme Court ruled yesterday.”

Illegal aliens deemed national security threats under the Alien Enemies Act can be deported without an immigration hearing.

Trump designated the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua, the Mexican drug cartels, and the Salvadoran gang MS-13 as foreign terrorist organizations.

In a separate ruling, the Supreme Court stopped an order from a Maryland District Court judge that a MS-13 member who was deported to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act be returned to the country.

Democrats are trying to slow down Trump’s agenda with illegal rulings from activist judges.

The Supreme Court had dragged its feet on smacking down these unelected dictators in black robes.

Boasberg’s rebuke could be a sign that the tide is finally turning against activist judges who want to undermine the rule of law to help the Democrat’s political agenda.
