The Left had a good run with the highest court in the land the last few months by stringing together a few victories.
But one decision could prove disastrous.
And President Trump has big plans for this major change after the Supreme Court dropped the ball.
Chief Justice John Roberts recently betrayed Trump and conservatives around the country when he joined the liberal justices on the court in lock step to stop the Trump administration from quashing Obama’s lawless executive amnesty program for the children of illegal aliens.
But what seemed like a conservative defeat opened the door for the Trump administration to take another crack at dismantling Obama’s failed policy.
And now reports are coming out that Trump is ready to put an end to Obama’s lawless amnesty program for good.
The Hill exclusively reported:
“President Trump is expected to refile paperwork this week to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program that offers protections for thousands of young immigrants, according to multiple people familiar with the planning.
“Trump was initially expected to move to once again rescind the Obama-era program last week, but it was pushed back, according to one source. The exact timing remains in flux, but Trump is now expected to file the paperwork this week.”
Of course, the open border advocates will push for a massive legal battle to hang the order dry in court.
But this strategy will play directly into the Trump campaign’s hands ahead of the November elections and give Americans one more item to think about when they head to the polls.
Is America going to allow amnesty for millions of illegal aliens currently hiding in the country?
Or will they say no to allowing the amnesty of millions of illegal aliens drag our economy through the mud?
Trump is setting the stage to campaign on secure borders and change things from what the Left was hoping to be a referendum into a choice election with clear consequences.
