Rush Limbaugh’s been taking one week off per month for treatment since being diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer last year.
But the last time Rush Limbaugh hosted his show was on February 2.
And Producer Bo Snerdley just provided an update that has Rush Limbaugh’s fans worried about his health.
For more than a year, Rush Limbaugh’s been in a fight for his life against Stage 4 Lung Cancer.
But he’s continued to host his show during this time, usually taking one week off per month for cancer treatment.
However, for the past two weeks, Limbaugh’s been off the air, with guest hosts filling in for him each day.
And Rush Limbaugh’s Producer, Bo Snerdley, just went on social media and gave his fans an update about Limbaugh’s health.
“Our prayers are with Rush as he continues to fight the illness he has been afflicted with,” Snerdley wrote on Twitter. “We are still praying for a remission… Thanks for all your prayers, kind words and wishes for our Rush.”
Even though he was diagnosed with cancer long before, Rush Limbaugh didn’t tell his audience how serious the situation was until just before Christmas, when he explained that doctors didn’t expect him to live but a few months after his original diagnosis.
“Well, back in late January when I received this diagnosis — and I was shocked. I was stunned, and I was in denial for about a week. I mean, I’m Rush Limbaugh. I’m Mister Big of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy. I mean, I’m indestructible. I said, ‘This can’t be right,’ but it was. What I didn’t know at the time that I learned later in the course of the year was that I wasn’t expected to be alive today,” Limbaugh stated.
Of course, Limbaugh defeated the odds and outlived the doctors predictions.
And with the odds once again stacked against him, Limbaugh’s fans are praying that Rush Limbaugh will make a comeback and be back on the air hosting his program in the future.
