In a short amount of time, Ron DeSantis has done a large amount of good as Governor of Florida.
The high marks and rankings keep rolling in for the Republican Governor of the Sunshine State as America’s Governor’s leadership has many U.S. citizens making life-changing choices for the better.
One would be hard pressed to find a governor anywhere in America that has governed to the right of Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
The corporate-controlled media’s “conventional wisdom” would have people believe that a Republican – in a swing state no less – actually governing as a conservative spells trouble for their re-election prospects.
However, in one-term as Florida Governor, DeSantis has turned the long-time purple state solidly red, in an incredibly rapid transition in just four-short years.
DeSantis fans suggest he made it happen with conservative-populist governing, bold agenda and tough talk.
And it turns out conservative Florida voters aren’t the only people impressed with a DeSantis-led Sunshine State.
In fact, people are leaving blue states in droves and flooding into Florida for the warm weather, no state income tax and DeSantis’ leadership.
According to U.S. Census data, Florida is the fastest growing state in America.
There was a 1.9% increase in Florida’s population from 2021 to 2022.
This marks the first time in more than six-decades that Florida claimed the number one spot in the rankings, Politico reported.
Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, North Dakota, and Alaska are among the other fastest-growing in the postwar era, the Census report noted.
When including Florida, that makes five red states, two swing states and zero blue states that rank as the fastest growing in the postwar era.
Meanwhile, the U.S. population grew by 0.4% from 2021 to 2022.
Back in 2018, DeSantis barely escaped election night as a winner.
Only about 32,500 votes – or 0.4-points – separated DeSantis from his radical-Leftist Democrat opponent, Andrew Gillum – who has since been indicted on federal crimes.
In 2022, with DeSantis as enemy number one of the Left, Democrats put up possibly their biggest name in the state to challenge him, in former Sunshine State governor and Democrat-turned-Republican-turned-independent-turned-Democrat Charlie Crist.
However, the race that was once considered a potential Democrat pickup, turned into a landslide with DeSantis destroying Crist by 19.5-points – more than 1.5-million votes.
Unlike many other candidates, DeSantis also had coattails.
With DeSantis at the top of the statewide ticket, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) trounced his opponent Democrat Congresswoman Val Demings by double digits in what was supposed to be a competitive contest and the GOP flipped four previously blue Florida Congressional House seats.
