Joe Biden’s federal mandate requiring employers with more than one hundred employees to force workers to get vaccinated goes into effect on January 4.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has already launched two legal challenges to Biden’s vaccine mandate, one challenging Biden’s employer vaccine mandate and the other challenging Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors.
But DeSantis recently called for a special session of the legislature to pass four bills designed to gut Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate.
Under the legislation, pregnant women or women who get pregnant are also exempt.
Not only that, but employers are required to grant religious and medical exemptions to employees who request them.
It also exempts Floridians who have natural immunity from the virus due to a previous infection from the mandate.
And finally, for the employees who reject the vaccine, employers are required to provide them with free testing and PPE.
