Much of the world is falling back under mass psychosis over a new Covid-19 variant.
Those who haven’t or never did are asking why now?
But Ron DeSantis saw these Covid-19 numbers and instantly understood the new variant.
When Governor Ron DeSantis started implementing a sane response to the virus, the elites and authoritarians went nuts.
One Democrat politician accused him “of going on a ‘killing spree'” for opposing mask mandates .
It hasn’t stopped.
Recently a Vanity Fair headline actually referred to the governor as an “‘angel of death.’”
But it turns out everyone in Florida is not dying from Covid-19—even with an unapologetically Conservative governor at the helm.
On Black Friday, the biggest traditional in-person shopping day of the year, Florida reported only six Covid-19 cases per 100,000 people in the state.
This comes after Fox News noted that in Michigan where the governor implemented draconian Covid-19 policies early on was leading the nation in per capita cases at the same time Florida boasted the lowest numbers in the nation.
New York, where former Governor Andrew Cuomo was was awarded an Emmy for his press conference theatrics checked in with 34 cases per 100,000 people.
Leftists were quick to strip Cuomo of his Emmy after his true colors came to light and he resigned after 11 women accused him of sexual harassment.
However, nobody seems to be in a hurry to make up an award to congratulate DeSantis for keeping his head on his shoulders throughout nearly two years of pandemic hysteria.
But his Press Secretary seemed to have herself a time talking to Fox News about the state’s numbers.
“It just shows once again the success of Governor DeSantis’s science based and data-based policies,” Christina Pushaw said adding that, “He’s always made decisions based on the data and that continued even during the Delta surge this summer what he realized would help was not mask mandates in school or lockdowns but provide treatment that actually works.”
Pushaw pointed out that DeSantis opened a total of 25 monoclonal antibody sites around the state and provided treatment to 150,000 people free of charge starting in August.
“Since then our cases are down by over 95% with no restrictions on people’s freedom.” Pushaw said, adding that she hopes other states will learn from Florida and switch from lockdowns to treatments that make a real difference.
No doubt leftists, who seem to want to control our every move permanently, will conveniently fail to notice how freedom and good health seem to still be compatible.
But maybe they did recognize the news would get out.
And with Covid-19 infection numbers plummeting in Florida and other conservative states, lots of average Americans were ready to say to hell with the lockdown nonsense.
Good thing the authoritarians have a new variant to spin everything back up.
