Ron DeSantis is the most popular Governor in America and Democrats can’t stand it.
They’ll do anything and everything it takes to silence and stop him.
And now Ron DeSantis has sent Democrats into an all-out meltdown with one move they should’ve seen coming.
From the moment President Joe Biden first stepped foot in the White House in January 2021, he set out to dismantle former President Donald Trump’s successful border security policies.
With his open borders agenda and Congressional Democrats’ blessing, President Biden has created the largest humanitarian crisis as the southern border in history, with a record of more than two million illegal aliens being “encountered” by border patrol each of the past two years.
Of course, the millions of illegal aliens “encountered” every year, do not even include the untold number of illegal aliens who walk across the wide open border undetected every single day.
And despite the reckless and destructive Biden border crisis spiraling out-of-control, the Left’s lapdog allies in the corporate-controlled media had largely ignored the crisis for roughly the first 19 months of Joe Biden’s Presidency.
That is, until Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis made the decision to transport some 50 illegal aliens to the gated communities of the left-wing elitist paradise, Martha’s Vineyard.
Apparently, even though they constantly virtue signal about Democrat-controlled areas being “sanctuary jurisdictions” that welcome all illegal aliens with open arms, Democrats and left-wing talking heads didn’t care about the Biden border crisis until it was on the doorsteps of their multi-million dollar vacation homes.
But over the past few weeks, Governor DeSantis has been forced to put his efforts to force the Biden regime to address the border crisis they created on the backburner, as all of his attention has been the well-being of the people of Florida in the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Ian.
Now, Ron DeSantis is once again preparing to bring more attention to the Biden border crisis and Democrats are melting down.
Last week, DeSantis’ communications director, Taryn Fenske, reportedly confirmed in an email that after a delay to deal with Hurricane Ian, the state of Florida will begin transporting illegal aliens to Democrat-controlled “sanctuary jurisdictions” again soon.
“While Florida has had all hands on deck responding to our catastrophic hurricane, the immigration relocation program remains active,” Fenske reportedly wrote in an email to Tampa’s WFLA.
On top of that, documents from the Florida Department of Transportation were released that revealed that the state was planning to send 100 illegal aliens to both Democrat-controlled Illinois, and President Biden’s own home state of Delaware.
The documents showed that the planned trips are set to cost roughly $1 million of the $12 million the Florida state legislature allocated for the Governor to relocate illegal aliens from interest earned on federal pandemic relief dollars.
According to reports, Florida has thus far only spent a little more than $1.5 million on relocating illegal aliens, leaving Governor DeSantis with plenty of resources to continue the program in the months ahead.
Needless to say, though, it’s hard to envision this being a welcomed development for Democrats.
In fact, the last time illegal aliens were sent to the supposed Democrat-controlled “sanctuary jurisdiction” of Chicago by Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott, Chicago’s left-wing radical Mayor Lori Lightfoot went berserk.
At that time, Mayor Lightfoot claimed that Governor Abbott was a “racist,” and questioned his Christian faith, for having the audacity to force Democrats to confront the smallest possible fraction of the daily influx of illegal aliens that pour into border states, like Texas.
With even more illegal aliens soon to be sent to Illinois, and likely the Chicago area, Mayor Lightfoot will undoubtedly have similar things to say about Governor DeSantis – and she likely won’t be alone.
Democrats nationwide, like California left-wing radical Governor and Presidential hopeful Gavin Newsom, have wanted Governor DeSantis thrown in prison for transporting illegal aliens.
Yet, Governor Newsom can bus thousands of homeless people each year all over the nation to keep California from having to deal with their out-of-control homeless problem.
At the end of the day, Democrats are going to meltdown any time Governor Ron DeSantis breathes, much less when he’s fighting left-wing elites for working class Americans.
But clearly, Ron DeSantis isn’t backing down anytime soon.
