Joe Biden’s mental health has declined so much he’s switched from lying to telling the truth at all the wrong times.
It’s a situation that’s causing Democrats to melt down at every level.
And Joe Biden just committed one shocking gaffe that confirms rumors about a candidate’s wife.
Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman’s Senate campaign is absolutely blowing up.
Fetterman was tragically afflicted with a near-fatal stroke back in May.
But rather than bowing out of politics to focus on his recovery, his campaign has been plowing ahead with a candidate who is clearly impaired both physically and cognitively.
In the days leading up to the election he continues to keep his remarks brief while struggling to process his thoughts as he struggles to form coherent sentences.
His problem is so severe that during interviews Fetterman is using special computer software to translate the questions he’s being asked into a closed caption transcription so he can even comprehend what he’s being asked.
So, guess who stepped in to help? Joe Biden of course.
The cognitively declining President managed to make matters even worse by announcing in public that Fetterman’s wife will be the one who effectively ends up in office if Fetterman wins.

Biden’s comments played up an issue brought up in Rolling Stone, when the author said Fetterman’s wife, Gisele, is the de facto candidate.
“Then her husband had a stroke four days before the primary for the U.S. Senate,” Rolling Stone reported. “Suddenly, the reluctant political spouse became the de facto candidate. ‘I just had to survive, I just had to go,’ she says of that time. Did she consider asking John to step out of the race? ‘It wasn’t my decision to make,’ she says. ‘If you have the ability to make lives better, then it’s your duty to do so. And if he has the green light from every doctor, then I support that.’”
Gisele Fetterman clearly had no interest in dispelling rumors that she plans to swipe the senate seat she expects her husband to snag.
In fact, John Fetterman’s Twitter account didn’t even post any pictures of John Fetterman with Joe Biden or from Air Force One—and he didn’t even make an appearance on stage during the event.
But over on her Twitter profile, Gisele Fetterman was busy bragging about her time aboard Airforce One, complete with a picture of her posing with Biden.
Obviously, Gisele is the real Fetterman in the race because her husband increasingly looks too impaired to work in the US Senate right now.
As that reality is dawning on voters, Fetterman’s poll numbers are starting to nosedive.
