For weeks, the election polls were tightening in Donald Trump’s favor.
Lately, the polls coming out of the major swing states have shown a steady lead for the Biden corner.
But Rush Limbaugh just exposed the mainstream polls in one incredible way that will put a smile on your face.
On his show recently, Rush Limbaugh gave his audience an inside look into how polling is being conducted – and distorted.
Limbaugh shared that a friend of his told him that pollsters are going out of their way to poll suburban and urban Republicans who are likely to dislike the President.
“A friend of mine had a fascinating conversation with an off-the-record pollster. And this off-the-record pollster, meaning the pollster did not want to be known, did not want to be identified. He was content to share with my buddy how they are doing this, but he didn’t want his name mentioned. And I don’t know the name. My buddy has not furnished the name. But here’s the theory. This is the theory to explain the polling discrepancies,” Limbaugh stated.
The insider continued to share with Limbaugh that the pollsters are also intentionally leaving out small town, rural, and “fly-over-land” conservatives who are more likely to support the President and his policies.
“The polls are deliberately oversampling mushy, suburban Republicans to cover charges that they are shorting Republicans overall and deliberately under-sampling rural and small-town, conservative Democrat zip codes. All of this to prove that they are not oversampling Democrats. Then, they announce that they are scientifically fair on party affiliation, when they know in Trump’s case he has far more support from Reagan Democrats than from Bush suburbanites,” Limbaugh added.
Trump supporters have been critical of the polling from mainstream outlets since 2016.
And rightfully so because the polls surrounding the 2016 presidential election were wildly off base from what actually transpired.
Largely because pollsters and polling companies failed to gauge the pulse of likely-Trump voters in the swing states that he ended up winning, like Michigan, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
There’s also a growing negative sentiment surrounding the 2020 polls because supporters of President Trump have demonstrated that they are less likely to participate in polls compared to likely-Democrat and likely-Biden voters.
That sets up for possibly another Presidential election where the conservative base was underestimated yet again.
